Modulus Music offers state of the art rehearsal studios for musicians, performers and songwriters. Our rooms are clean, comfortable and outfitted with boutique guitar amplifiers, P.A. systems, drums and keyboards. We welcome bands, individuals, teachers, Broadway performers, D.J.‘s and those simply seeking a space to hone their artistic craft.

All of our rooms are completely soundproofed and acoustically tuned. Our knowledgeable and well-​trained staff is here to help you develop your artistic skills in preparation for the recording studio or the stage.

Modulus can accommodate any style of music or dance, and whether you are a seasoned pro, an aspiring amateur, or just want to get together with friends and have a great time, we treat all our clients with the same level of professionalism and respect.

You will notice that our rooms are comparable to those of the famed Ultrasound Studios and that is no coincidence. We have acquired the sixth floor of Ultrasound’s studios and have updated and upgraded many of the facilities.

History

Established in 2014.

Modulus Music is owned by a group of music and entertainment enthusiasts who want to provide the ultimate in rehearsal, practice and writing space to those in need of comfortable, spacious rooms.

We are continuing to add many new services and additional sound reinforcement equipment to support stereo backing tracks and special effects, as well as complete recording capabilities.

Errol Antzis and Robert Kantor.

Business Owner

Errol is an entertainment entrepreneur who is involved in music production, music magazine publication and other related ventures. Robert is the owner of Kantor Guitars, which produces instruments used by Eric Clapton, Richie Sambora, Steve Stevens and Elliot Easton.
