I love miu miu collections but this one star is for the TERRIBLE service. Completely rude sales ladies that talk back at their customers. The two people that work there don’t know the product collection better than someone who glances at the e-​store site beforehand. I don’t know how these people get hired to represent the brand on NYC fifth avenue. Definitely try the soho store for better service!

My recent experience with this Miu Miu location was quite enjoyable. I walked in within 30 minutes of closing and was pleasantly greeted by staff members. I never felt rushed or felt as if I was a bother to them (I was there for about 45mins) as Lauren was very attentive as I tried on several pieces and debated between purchasing the nappa crystal clutch in black or blue oh and that dress… I’m sure if I were in a different boutique, on the same block, this review would have turned out differently…

Can’t ever buy enough shoes. I love their heels! I can never afford them though. Looking is good enough. Their customer service is great. I dealt with one of the managers and she gave me her card. I told her I would definitely buy a pair for my birthday!

The options in this store are very limited, if you ask the sale associates apparently they hoard other bags and accessories in their backroom. Why not display it and let shoppers browse, you would have a greater chance of a purchase. I’ve been in this locaton numerous times hoping to find something fun, but have never seen anyone step out with a miu miu shopping bag. I can find wider ranges of options on

It is a nice, quiet haven compared to the other boutiques on this block and they have a fairly good selection. It really feels like you’re looking around a friend’s room, it’s quite a warm layout. Except your friend acts as if you weren’t invited in and barely talks to you and can’t wait for you to leave.

I never cared too much for prada, but miu miu is a great concept! Girly, fun and chic! I fell in love with their chunky heel shoes and boots. They are definitely tall but super comfortable!
Their clothing style recently is a lot of flares and bling which comes in a lot of fun colors. Not many brand can convince me to wear something yellow or fuchsia but Miu Miu could.
The service of this particular store is very good. They answer the phone promptly, check on items and hold them for you if you can’t come right away. I’m sold.
