Mile High Run Club is a new destination for running, featuring coached group treadmill classes with a strength and power training component. MHRC provides an opportunity for anyone to train like an athlete with scientifically-based programs led by New York’s elite running, triathlon, and fitness coaches. The MHRC program addresses both physical and mental aspects of running for anyone looking to take it to the next level.

Established in 2014.
Mile High Run Club opened to the public on November 8th, 2014 in NOHO, NYC. This studio is our second location in NYC and opened on January 2, 2016 in the Nomad neighborhood.
Meet the Business Owner
Debora W.
Business Owner
Born to run! Triathlete, runner, strength trainer, endurance specialist, and entrepreneur. Debora had an early start as a competitive swimmer in her teens and has worked at some of the best fitness facilities in NYC with mentors who are all pro/elite athletes and leaders in the field of health, wellness, and multisport. She coaches beginning and competitive runners privately (both individuals and groups) and is the founder and president of Mile High Run Club, a group treadmill training facility located at 28 E4th St. in NOHO.
Prior to becoming a career fitness pro, Debora had a fantastic «run» as a contemporary artist with 5 solo art exhibitions and several group shows at international venues such as the Frankfurt Kunsthalle Schirn (Germany), Akira Ikeda Gallery (Tokyo and Berlin), The New Museum (NY), The Swiss Institute (NY), I-20 Gallery (NY), and the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts (SF) in addition to numerous others.
