I’m also really surprised to see the negative reviews below. My spouse and I have been using this dry cleaner for the past 4+ years and we’ve never had a problem. We’ve both used them for tailoring (mostly simple pants hemming), dry cleaning, and wash and fold (we have a baby, so we use them for laundry far more than many people could imagine!). The couple that runs the place are warm and friendly and always make sure that we get what we bring in back in great condition — and quickly too! Bonus: they will pick up your clothing from your apartment if you’re close to their business. I recommend them!

Surprised at all of the lackluster reviews — the owners are very nice and they do a good job on tailoring and are happy to take care of things on short notice.

It’s too bad they are so nice. 7 missing socks and one sports bra later, I decided to finally go somewhere else for laundry service (wash and fold).
Is it too much to ask to give me back the same clothing I bring in? Apparently so.

New in the neighborhood, I thought I’d try out this place. I gave them my outfit for dry-​cleaning. I realized there was a huge stain on it so I told them about it. They told me the stain was already there, and they refused to return any money. Fortunately, I had pictures of my outfit before I dropped it off and therefore I knew that the stain wasn’t there. They are big liars, horrible service. Girls if you have nice outfits that you are scared to get ruined – do not take it to this place. They are horrible horrible people. I can’t believe people can afford to treat customers like this. My outfit was over $ 600 and I probably won’t be able to wear it again. THESE PEOPLE SUCK and DO NOT GO HERE.

Family owned, genuinely nice employees. I brought my brand new Theory suits there to be tailored and they did a wonderful job. I now bring all my dry cleaning there, in addition to zipper and sewing jobs. The one time I had a problem with my dry cleaning was when a stain either developed or didn’t come out during the cleaning, and they kept it to clean twice more before it finally came out. Honest and very helpful. Love them!

I love Midway Cleaners, I have always gotten all of my garments back from them fresh as a daisy and because I’m somewhere between a petite and a regular size, I always go to them for tailoring. The tailor understands how clothing should fit and is impeccable. It’s now 2012 and I’ve gone here since 2007. They are well worth it.

They stained and ruined a nice dress of mine that I had washed, and when I brought it back they denied that they had done it even though it was clearly stained from accidentally being washed with something dark. They refused to replace the dress or offer me any credit for further services and even scolded me for not having the dress dry cleaned instead of washed but its NOT A DRY CLEAN ONLY DRESS!
