I highly recommend this practice! I’ve been coming to Midtown Medical for about a month now and everyone has been helpful, welcoming, and friendly! I truly look forward to my appointments. Lorraine is a sweetheart, as are the other women I’ve met at reception during my visits, Tessa gives wonderful, skillful massages and … We have the same first name ! –Which has been a funny connection for me to have with the whole office. I could not be happier with a chiropractor or doctors office.

Extremely friendly staff. I’ve been coming here for a little over a year for various amounts of injuries. They really know what they are doing; they’re attentive, and really listen to what your issues are. After not coming for a couple of months my body felt the effects of not getting treatment.
DEFINITELY come here if your insurance covers it.

Great place to come to address some physical issues you may have. You can have PT, massage therapy and see the chiro during the visit. They are very well organized and will not make you wait. Perfect for busy people. They were able to help me with the back pain I have been experiencing. I would absolutely recommend this place.

I’ve been coming here for several years, so this review is way overdue. If Midtown Medical Healthcare takes your insurance, it’s as if you won the lottery. For an amazingly low co-​pay you get incredible massage (with the best massage therapists ever), a chiropractic adjustment and much needed (for those of us working desk jobs) physical therapy. If I don’t come here for longer than three weeks, I really start to feel it. Lorraine (the office manager) is amazing and so is my favorite massage therapist, Lance! Love coming here and plan on continuing for as long as they accept my health insurance.

This place is amazing! Everything massage, physical therapy and chiropractic. The staff has to be the nicest I’ve met in my life anywhere — out of the 3 countries I’ve lived!!! Staff is also very knowledgeable and trained well. Go there… they will take care of you — you are in the best hands!

When I showed up the first time, I was a wreck, physically and mentally, but didn’t have enough money at that point to get a gym pass or a vacation.
Week after week, I got adjustments, massages, PT, improvements piled up really quick to the point of feeling all loose, fresh and light. And the staff is just incredibly amazing and fun, except the sonogram doctor. He’s just from another planet. Cute, but from another planet. Don’t mind him. He’s great at sonograms.
This is a true healing place, where you’re going to get physically adjusted, but you’ll also leave with a smile and a better mood. Tessa is a rockstar massage therapist, a natural.
Jojo connects with your body as if she had created you herself. Lance is the definition of deep-​tissue, he’ll get those toxins out of your body with every stroke. All the PT folks rock. Dr Sura is the best chiropractor I ever met in 33 years. But wait, last but not least, Lorraine, ladies and gentlemen. Lorraine will guarantee you leave with a smile on your face. Life of the party. Good vibes. She’s not just there to book your appointment and change it five times, no, no, she’ll make you laugh at least five times before you leave.
That’s not how usually people talk about chiro places, but this one is unique.

I used to feel like one of the old people on commercials for some sort of medical pain relief cream. I’d complain constantly about my shoulder/​back area. It came to a point where I could barely move my left arm. My job had a health fair and low and behold Midtown Medical Healthcare was there promoting their office. I tried for fun one of their back massages (it was free, so why not?!) and it felt wonderful, then they told me what my co-​pay would be with my insurance per week and I was like «what the heck, why not?» Well that was around two years ago and I haven’t regretted it once!
Seriously the ladies in the front are very sweet and understanding, the staff working with stretching and mobile exercises are amazing, and personally I gotta thank LANCE for being the best masseuse I have ever had. The dude knows how to make sure your worst spots go away! So if anyone is on the fence or thinking «eh, all that chiro/​massage stuff is dumb» seriously give this place a chance you won’t regret it.

I found out about this place from my coworkers. I truly enjoy having Lance (medical therapist) and Dr. Megan Hondru (Chiropractor) fixing my neck and lower back pain.
This place is very nice and friendly. The receptionist, Lorraine, is truly an exceptional person. Love her welcoming and friendly attitude. She is very helpful in scheduling my appointments. She tries to accommodate all your needs.
Lance is simply AWESOME! He is very nice and good at what he does. He is very friendly and easy to talk to. Most time I tell him i have all these neck and lower back pain but he will take the extra step and fix my leg cramp and other part of my body. He has a super awesome work ethics! He is one of the main reason I go to this place.
Dr. Megan is very helpful and good at addressing my body. She always does an excellent work on my adjustments! She is very detailed and easy to talk to as well. She even teaches me health and lifestyle tips. It is very nice to have a doctor that cares for you and helping you having a better health and life style. I truly recommend Dr. Megan!!!

Midtown Medical was referred to me by a coworker after a tough week of neck pain. I sit at a desk over 50 hours a week and have developed the worst posture imaginable. Coupled with some minor spine and neck issues; my upper body was in constant pain.
We started with a thorough consultation including X-​rays and some stretching. The staff was patient and friendly. They all seemed very knowledgeable and could almost read my bad habits by looking at my frame. I was excited to start therapy and work their team!
It’s been months and I’m hooked! The ladies in reception are sweet and never yell at me when I’m late. I’m sorry! They really seem to enjoy working with the patients. Physical therapy for me is some good stretching and heat/​electric stimulation. It’s relaxing and has completely taken away the day to day pain I was in. The massage is as good as any spa if not better. Always take the hour! Dr Megan gives the easiest adjustment I’ve ever had. Really solid practice and staff. Great copays and scheduling is convenient.

I’ve been going here for almost two years and after switching jobs I made sure to come back. After a long week of work this is the perfect place to go for chiro, physical therapy and massage. Everyone is super friendly and very positive, I love coming here once a week
