He tried to convince me to have my wisdom teeth removed when every other dentist I’ve seen told me this was an unnecessary procedure.
He also convinced my mom to file down her teeth, which were fine, put on veneers, and now they keep falling out every year.
Seems to me that he recommends too many unnecessary medical procedures.

Having now moved on to a better dentist, I can see that Dr. Mass’s office was on the greedy side. Always threatening «gum disease» and making me go 3x a year — -yet the three dentists I have seen (since leaving Dr. Mass) said my gums are perfect. I don’t particularly trust the office, though I don’t think he’s bad. Front desk was quite unhelpful with insurance matters. I’m glad I have moved on.
