This place is the worst, my appointment was for 11am and I’m still waiting to be seen and its 2:05pm now, which the doctor called me at 2:10pm (she was nice. Every employee seem upset or bothered when a patient asks a question. This place so unprofessional, they don’t care about the patients. When doctors call the patients and the patient walks toward the doctor, the doctor instead of introducting themselves they walk back to their office (Very Unprofessional). Patients aren’t allow to know how many people are in front of them why you ask I have no idea. This is my second time here, I’ve had other appointments but couldn’t make it. The first time I came the wait time was extremely long, HR or higher management needs to check up on this place, more people need to report this place as well. And I do understand that doctors take their time with patients (which is good) but its not right that patients have to wait 3 to 4 hrs just to be seen by the doctor or being skipped by other patients. I’m never coming here ever again!

Their staff are completely unprofessional and rude. The doctor walks around like she doesnt have a care in the world. Please do not go to the dermatalogy suite in this facility they are absoulety ridiculous.
