Maypole is a licensed Department of Environmental Protection (D.E.P.) asbestos testing and inspection company capable of providing ACP-5’s required for all permitted jobs in New York City. We are a rapidly emerging NYC based asbestos investigation company.

History

Established in 2011.

Through our relationship with local architects and contractors we grew organically from an overall need in the industry for asbestos inspections and ACP-​5 filings. Our quick turnaround as well as our focus on superior customer service enabled us to grow quickly through word of mouth. In 2015, we rebranded to become Maypole Environmental Inspections, LLC. Maypole is a woman owned business and proud member of NAWBO.

I cannot recommend Maypole more highly. They scheduled an inspection within a day to accommodate our needs to expedite filing. The inspector, John, arrived on time and was extremely professional, knowledgable and supportive of my needs and concerns.
Maypole staff not only understands requirements for environmental compliance, but also the process of construction from filing to sign off. In contacting them to schedule an asbestos inspection, I discovered an invaluable resource for other building code as well as construction information, as the staff includes licensed architects and contractors. Russell took time to assess additional questions personally in the context of the overall project. When you add reasonable pricing and their honest desire to help, you find good, old-​fashioned values amidst New York City.
