VFV Salon has been in business over 50 Years. VFV Salon’s owners Monique Vontobel and Vladimir Francetic have been in the hairy industry over 50 years.

Monique Vontobel was legendary hair stylist icon Vidal Sassoon’s last assistant.

Monique Vontobel and Vladimir Francetic have turned over the reins of the salon which is now called Mark De Alwis VFV Salon. to NYC hair stylist Mark De Alwis

Mark De Alwis is a talented NYC stylist who was hair stylist and salon manager in Sri lanka. Before coming to the United States to follow the dream of owning his own salon in NYC, Mark De Alwis won «The Best in Fantasy Hair» at the 1999 Hair Asia Pacific Hair Competition.

Mark De Alwis passion for making women look beautiful and genuine love for his clients has gained the respect of his peers and the most loyal cliental.

Monique Vontobel & Vladmir Francetic continue to be a staple in hair industry as stylists at Mark Dealwis VFV Salon. Monique Vontobel is also the salon’s training director
