History

Established in 1990.

I have been teaching and coaching my whole life. I got into the golf business after retiring from playing lacrosse and have had great success with my students.

I love teaching golf. I gain satisfaction from seeing my client’s golf swing steadily improve providing them with results in their golf games.

As a well-​versed athlete in many sports, I have perfected a creative approach to coaching. I build upon the strengths of my client’s individual muscularity and mental aptitude to create a consistent and powerful golf swing. I understand how people learn in sports and am able to communicate the fundamentals of golf to anyone including scratch golfers, high handicappers, beginners, juniors, kids and seniors.

Through my fun, relaxed and creative teaching style I am able to produce results for my clients in the form of lower scores and more satisfaction with their own performance.

Marc has been awesome. After 3 lessons, I’ve made a few alterations to my swing and I’m hitting my short irons 35% farther and my long clubs 25% farther. He is an excellent teacher, which I think is partly due to the fact that he picked up the game later in life, and thus had to strain to learn all the micro concepts of the swing (as opposed to it coming naturally from playing his entire childhood). This allows him to identify and articulate issues with my swing and suggest an efficient corrections.

I took five lessons with Marc on a golf simulator. He was very helpful and encouraging. I was almost a beginner when I began the lessons and made good improvements on distance that I can strike and control of distance and direction. I enjoyed the game and am thinking of continuing the indoor game or playing on a golf course sometime.
I took indoor golf lessons when I was in college but i didn’t learn much about the skills, especially was bad on consistency. I feel the lessons with Marc were so much better. I met with Marc five times, one hour each time. He can always easily pinpoint the problem in my movements, give me instructions to improve and spend a lot of time letting me repeat and build my consistency. We covered a few clubs including iron, sand wedge and putter. I wish I could learn more from him if time permits.

Marc is a great instructor. I just thought I should lead off with that so that there’s no guessing. I took three hours of lessons over two different sessions and had considerable improvement in every aspect of my game. The last time I had played golf prior to the lessons I was easily a 25 – 30 handicap. I played five rounds within three weeks of taking those quick lessons and was instantly down to a 13 handicap, and even had my first 80. No bs, honest to god, HUGE IMPROVEMENTS all over the course.
