Marc Moser

I went to see Dr. Moser a little over a year ago after he was recommended to me by an urgent care facility. I called his office early the next morning and spoke to someone (receptionist?) and I explained my situation to her. Within minutes, Dr. Moser called me directly from his personal cell phone to assure me that I would be seen by him the same day. That meant so much to me. I was in a lot of pain. He took some x-​rays and checked my ankle and said that I had a torn ligament. He thought it was best for me to get a soft cast to alleviate my discomfort and it was removed in a few weeks. My ankle was healed and I could not be more grateful.

I went to Dr. Moser for bunion issue several years ago. He recommended bunion surgery, which I agreed would be appropriate. Right before the surgery, he stated that my «toes will become hammertoes» over time and pushed for surgery on the toes. He never mentioned this in his office, and I never had complaints or pain with my toes. Stupid me, I agreed to do the surgery which resulted in over $ 30K payout by my insurance company. The bones in my toes started fusing immediately after the surgery (no cartilage), so Dr. Moser recommended several rounds of PT. Years later, I am still dealing with fused toes, which becomes painful when stubbed (cannot bend). I also immediately developed new calluses in the ball of the foot. I saw another podiatrist, who noted that my foot structure and gait were affected by the inflexible toes. I really regret the surgery, as I am fairly young and this condition will affect me for the rest of my life. Don’t make the same mistake as I did — ask questions, get a second (even a third) opinion before you agree to do surgery, and trust your gut.

I went to the Dr. with plantar fasciitis issues. He diagnosed me accurately and set me up with a great pair of orthotics. I am back running/​playing sports w/​o any issues. He was very diligent working with my insurance company making sure all the necessary paperwork was completed.

Great doctor, very friendly and helpful staff.
I had a procedure done 1÷16÷13 in the office and everything went great.
Dr moser was very accommodating and personable. He took his time in making sure that I understood my after care instructions and to answer any questions I had.
Gracey his assistant was great and very friendly. She definitely helps put the patient at ease by chatting with them. Michelle has been awesome in getting all my insurance stuff handled. I have junk insurance and the office did everything possible to work with me in order to get my procedure done and covered by insurance.
I work in a doctors office and I see how sometimes there is not enough emphasis put on patient care… that is NOT he case here in Dr Moser’s office!
Dr Moser was highly recommended to me by a friend and I’m highly recommending his office to you!

Since there is only 1 other review for this doctor, I’d like to start by addressing some of their concerns about Dr. Moser. I’m sorry she felt she had a bad experience, but I just can’t imagine how. I’ve never had to wait for an appointment-​in fact if I’m early, they take me right in. I found his office and equipment to be modern and clean, and both he and his staff were, and are, very personable and professional-​shout out to Gracie and Kim!
But to begin the story of my own experience, Dr. Moser came HIGHLY recommended to me by a friend who had her bunions done by him. The thing I was most concerned about was recovery time on bunion surgery-​I read all these horror stories online about being off your feet for 6 WEEKS! My friend said her recovery from surgery with Dr. Moser was very fast, so I went to him to get my right foot done first. I found him to be kind, warm and funny, and very careful about explaining every part of the procedure clearly. The best part was that he said I’d be in a flip-​flop in about 2 weeks… and he was right-​no 6-​week recovery!!! In fact, I was NEVER totally off my feet but you do have to rest up and elevate it as much as possible the first 3 days.
I had my surgery on 5÷5÷11, and I wore a soft cast and and a lightweight boot until ⁵⁄₁₈. I took Ibuprofen 800 for the pain-​just a sidebar comment here: The label on IB 800 says to take it with food, but it doesn’t say you can’t drink with it… AMEN…that’s about as religious as I get. I think «spirituality» takes many forms, and vodka IS a spirit… especially when you and your ass-​hat of a boyfriend break up during your surgery recovery. But I digress. It is ⁵⁄₂₀ today-​I have a very small amount of pain, the stitches haven’t come out yet so I have Frankenfoot and some swelling, but I AM already wearing flip-​flops, just like Dr. Moser promised! Look out left foot bunion-you’re next!!!
