I called in for a housing rules case of emotional support animal three weeks ago. I first sent in email, then left a voice mail, then sent a post mail in, then called in and finally got Justine Bernhardt promised to get back to me in 2 days. During the call, she explained to me that they knew my case, they didn’t ignore it, she just needed to contact with the board for my case BUT they don’t even call me or email me for the progress. NOT A SINGLEEMAILORCALL!!! They are VERY unprofessional. When three days time is up(I even waited for one more day to see), I still got no response from them — not even a email said that it will be delayed. I called today again and got Susan on call and promised that Justine will get back to me tomorrow on Dec 10, 2014. I will update later for my case. I’ve never seen this kind of property management company — so unprofessional. DON’T WASTEYOURMONEYORTIMEONTHISJUNKMANAGEMENTCOMPANY!!! — — — — — — — — — — - Till today — Dec 16, 2014, I got three emails and ZERO call from Marbrose. The verbal conversations were all initialed and called by me. And I’m still waiting for them to send me back one simple reply — FORTHREEWEEKS. It’s ridiculous and retard! I can’t believe this. DON’T HIRETHEMFORANYTHING and I will urge my building board to fire them. Updated — Dec 22, 2014 Finally I got the letter from Marbrose Realty. It took almost a month but still need to thank them at least for the effort. I changed my rating from 1 to 2 «Meh. I’ve experienced better.» to reflect that. I hope I can get a more prompted response next time.
