Established in 2015.
Manting began as a food court site in the Queens Crossing Mail in Flushing, N.Y. We introduce a modern Chinese food name as «Malatang» and «MalaXiangguo». It like Chinese vision of salad, however we boil protein and vegetable in soup stock instead eat cold. Chinese medicine believe eat warm food is more helpful for stomach condition than cold food.

Dong Wang grew up in main land China. At age 18, he moved to New York where he began his career as a restauranteur at Flushing, New york. Later, opening the restaurant –Manting in 49st & 6Ave, midtown Manhattan. He is self motivated entrepreneur, full with passion of studying and cooking food.
