Horrific experience on January 9, 2015 (1 PM). Booked parking through ParkWhiz, arrived on time and was greeted by the attendant who pretty much blocked the driveway with his body and rudely in a very broken English announced that there is no space available. When I showed the online prepaid confirmation he simply shrugged and said «no espace, go away.» I asked for his manager and the management office phone number and he said that there is no manager. As I was trying to get ahold of the parkwhiz agent on the phone this aggressive guy has proceeded inside the garage and showed up driving a car straight at me sitting in my car. He honked and made scary faces at me, forcing me to back out into a busy street with a bunch of pedestrians walking behind my car. This guy should not be working anywhere near people or moving machinery.
