First time here & I’d go back if I was in the area. Was a little nervous that they only had a few reviews, but it was the closest. When I first walked in the lady doing someone’s eyebrows didn’t greet me, look at me or acknowledged that I walked it. She looked like she was having a pretty bad day. I was going to leave, but Preethi came in from getting stuff at Dunkin Donuts. She made up for my initial experience & did a good job!

This place is awesome. Usually I do my own eyebrows but I wanted to get them threaded since I haven’t in a while. I walked in, there was no wait. The ladies were lovely. My eyebrows look amazing. The price was great too! I’m super impressed and will definitely come back.

I love this place.
When I moved to the city I was a bit shocked — 50 $ for Brazilian wax?!
I was worried I won’t find a good place with decent price I can go to on a regular basis.
And then I found it!
It’s clean, not expensive and intimate.
You can just stop by and there will be someone to help you.
Definitely my place for every waxing I need.

Here for a work trip in the city and needed ma eyebrows did.
Looked on Unilocal for fellow folks to tell me where to go, and this is where I ended up.
Everything was awesome, including the cheap ($ 6!!!) price for threading, but they inevitably get stars docked for not gellin before touching me. Where is the hand hygiene!!!
Sorry. I’m used to super clean. I don’t want you to touch things like check people out, touch your phone, and then touch ma face.
Just gel. The giant tub is right in front of you. Mmkay? Thanks!

I went Here for a Brazilian the lady only waxed the front and did nothing in the back. do not go here for a Brazilian… she basically did a bikini and charged me for a Brazilian I’m so upset to see nothing in the back waxed

Went here the other day to get my eyelashes done. It was my first time getting them done (not inclusing putting the strips on at home). When I arrived at the place, the two ladies working their were nice. I inquired about the price ($ 25) and came back on lunch to get them done. The girl that did them was nice. Unfortunately, when she was finished and showed me the lashes it didn’t look right. There were clumps of black glue all on the lashes. When I do my strips, I like them to look as natural as possible. These looked really fake. She said when the glue dried it would turn invisible. Needless to say, the next morning I still had clumps of black glue all over my eyelashes. It looked terrible.
I went back the next day and showed the owner my eyelashes. She immediately refunded me and apologized. Because of the customer service, I would probably go back and get my eyebrows done but not my lashes.

Got eyebrows threaded, waxing, and a facial all for a very good price and good quality of service. Will come regularly for eyebrows and definitely next time I need waxing! First time getting a facial, so I can’t speak too much about the quality but it was very thorough and my face felt sooo soft afterwards.

I usually have issues with getting my eyebrows threaded. They’re either done too thinly or, worse, unevenly! This time, my first time here, my eyebrows were done perfectly. Even my coworker stated they were better than ever. She stated «you should keep going there!» I will! I plan to go for a facial, next.
The woman who did my eyebrows (didn’t get her name) was so professional and took real care instead of rushing. Mind you, my eyebrows were fully grow so she had to work with a lot!
Definitely pay a visit. You will not regret it!

from wife: Wonderful new addition to the Upper East Side. Came here for waxing, threading, and a facial with the opening 30% discount that they currently are advertising, and the services were superb. The women are extremely friendly and do a very thorough job. I am very picky when it comes to getting brows done, and they did exactly what i wanted. I also got the four layer facial done by Asha and it was FANTASTIC — my face was glowing after 1 hour! I came out feeling and looking great. Highly Highly recommend this place. Having lived on the UES for the past 5 years I have tried a lot of local eyebrow/​threading/​facial/​waxing spots, and this is the best one so far!
