My daughter and I like Dr. Jones & staff she recently got braces and it took someone like Dr. Jones to ease my daughters anxiety who happens to be 10yrs old, her office is clean professional and she takes most insurances and it’s in my neighborhood I can’t say enough about her she is a welcome addition to my neighborhood

Had a great initial experience – I thought Dr. Jones gave great care in explaining what she saw and was doing. But when I went back for a 2^nd visit, I learned that I had exhausted my ENTIRE year’s worth of benefits on a single, preliminary exam and cleaning. Her website, done through ZocDoc, stated that she was in-​network for my insurance. Turns out she hasn’t been with them in over 2 years, and her website has yet to be updated. Nor did the receptionist tell me they were out of network once she saw my card.
My dentist from before I moved to NYC worked with me to get the most out of my insurance – this office DOES NOT DO THAT. They did not even tell me they were out of network, just ran it through without telling me anything and totally spent ALL of my annual benefits in one hour. Disgusting.

Not only is Dr. Jones great with children but she’s cute, she’s also a mother, she’s clear in her explanation of each procedure, and she plays the best music in her office.
The office is open Mon-​Thurs. Fridays are an option but there’s a $ 300 fee for that.

July 2013 update:
I still loves me some Dr. Shaun Messiah but Dr. Jones is so much closer to my neighborhood and she’s just as good with my teeth as she is with my kids’ teeth.
