Ricardo replaced my Mac book pro retina screen for almost half of what Tekserve wanted to charge. It took exactly as long as he said it would. When I went to pick it up there was a problem with a security system that locked me out of my desktop. Rather than saying this was my problem as the screen was obviously working, he took responsibility for the issue though he didn’t totally understand what it was at the time, figured it out, and fixed it. I appreciated how he stayed in touch with me during that process. Now it works fine and I will go back there if I have any other issues.

My iPad took a spill in the gym just when I needed it most. Called 6+ places with a wide variety of prices and Ricardo was so patient with me calling back twice and calmed my anxiety. Not only did he do an excellent job repairing I think he fixed something I could have been charged for. On top of that I had problem with my credit card he help me find a solution so we both were happy. Go guy. Good place.

Bought a voucher from Groupon for iPad screen replacement, they’ve done it within the day I checked it in. Very efficient and professional.

Screen broke on my iphone 5s i looked around and saw his special price online which was way lower than everyone else. I thought it was shifty and fake I called and spoke to a real guy who answered in less than 3 rings. He was like yep thats me (in a friendly cool chill voice) and I got on a citibike and high tailed it in midtown traffic to get to him before he closed. Which he said no worries he would wait. I get to this funny shady looking shifty tourist shop i guess a bit taken aback but smiling and walk in told to go upstairs and there is this man behind a desk and a smile. I tell him and show him my issue and he says no problem and confirms his amazing price writes me a recepit and says see you in 20. I went and looked at sneakers came back in 20 and it was all done. I will now go back with my other mac problems and well I have already told several people Ricardo he is the man.

I found this repair on groupon. I’m glad I decided on this location, for my iPhone screen. The customer service was on point, fast and efficient. I hope I don’t break my screen again, but God forbid that I do. I will be back here.

Ricardo was a lovely man whose customer service was beyond reproach. He took my completely shattered iPhone, fixed it flawlessly and quickly (20 minutes in and out). Lovely guy, with a great attitude. Plus he has a cute dog! Will definitely be back when I (inevitably) break the next one.

Having my Macbook Pro’s trackpad damaged was horrifying, so after doing some research I found out about this little place located inside a souvenir shop. Right off the bat I was greeted with kindness and already given a great price for the repair, not even to mention how fast it was done! I went to a similar shop on the same block that gave me a higher price and told me I’d have to wait days! Being there I also saw how fast cracked iPhone screens were being repaired. He (Ricardo I think) works really fast! So whatever your issue may be chances are he can help you out!

Easiest repair ever! Shattered my iPhone screen on the way to the office. Stopped by to drop off and went for coffee. Picked up perfectly like new phone in 20 minutes. Multiple repairs over years and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

This guy knows how to run a customer centric business. I’m clumsy and have broken my iPhone screen 4 – 5 times. Turn around time for replacing screen has always been 20 – 40 mins. I learned of this place through groupon. You might check to see if the groupon is still out there. Highly recommend.
