This is an unusually kind person. My computer charger was spitting sparks, on a deadline, and I am housebound with a fractured pelvis so unable to go to the store to get a new one. When I explained the situation to Robert, not only did he offer to lend me one, free of charge, until a friend could purchase and bring me a new one, when he found out that I was housebound and lived just a few blocks away, he offered to walk it over to my place! Must say, restores my faith in humanity. If/​when I need a computer repairman, I will definitely go to Robert…

Robert is the best person I have ever taken my computer. He’s very kind, well-​priced, and has a spare computer you can borrow, should you need it. I have had on-​going problems with my mac bookpro and he has been helpful every step of the way (including when Mac wanted to charge me $ 300 dollars for a repair that Robert did in minutes for a fraction of the price.) I highly recommend Robert for all your computer services!

Robert was a life saver after my hard drive crashed. He patiently explained my options, was resourceful in identifying and implementing the best solution and his fee was quite reasonable. Good guy decent prices. We also found Robert through Unilocal.Robert replaced our hard drive which had crashed. He also retrieved all our information. Next day we had our computer back. Can’t beat that along with his good rate. He and his wife are very nice people and upon calling us to let us know our iMac computer was ready, he let us know his wife would be waiting for us. Robert let us know personal check, money order or cash was fine.
Robert is knowledgeable, experienced, professional and dependable plus efficient and nice. Can’t ask for more. We highly recommend him!

I found Robert through Unilocal.My laptop was crashed and he replaced hard drive and clone it! So I wasn’t need to reinstall any of my program. And it was really fast and reasonable price. I appreciate he put his effort in my crazy laptop.:)

Robert is great!!! I give his service 5 stars and highly recommend to all people with problems on their pc or mac. My husband’s 2013 mac pro just did not work one night and we tried million times to re-​install the mountain lion system but failed at last. I searched on Unilocal and found Robert. I called him the next day and simply left the laptop in his office. Robert was very professional and soon found out what the problem was with the laptop. Although we got the mac pro finally fixed in a week, it was not because of Robert’s skill but because of the hardware sent from Apple.

Robert did not answer the listed phone. It said, «If you really need me, call this other number,» so I did. He didn’t answer at that number, either; so I left a message. By the time he got back to me, I had already gone with another provider, but he seemed eager to get my business the next time, so I tried him again. I called him today, Sept. 15, and he said he was busy with another project and would not take new customers until October 5. I asked if he had any recommendations, and he said that he did not. Sorry, but while Robert may be good, he is not operating to the standards of a professional business, and I have to say so.

Great service! My screen hadn’t been working properly. Robert found out it was missing a part that should’ve been built in and managed to find the right wire to fix it. All told it cost $ 56, when Geek Squad wanted to charge me $ 50 just to look at it. Can’t be beat.
There was an issue putting the screen back in and it ended up with a small distortion on one side. Robert ordered a new screen and installed it all free of charge! Great guy and great business. I’d recommend him to anyone in the neighborhood that needs help with their computer.

Fantastic service! I’ve been looking for someone to tune up my old desktop knowing that I need to upgrade. He was able to find exactly what was going on with my computer! It works SO much faster and he gave me economical options for my replacement computer! I couldn’t ask for better! If you have problems with your Mac or PC, he’s your doctor! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!
