This store is reasonably priced and highly accessible, with good deals on products and. helpful customer service. It’s too bad people are inclined to believe everything they watch on TV. The bad publicity from 60 Minutes was driven by people trying to call out the company and crush the stock. Hopefully people will realize the amazing deals they can find here, especially in a city that is so expensive.

Stay away… Nothing but a scam … Delivery charges are outrageous… they would not even ship the order to one of their closer warehouse in LIC for me to pick up. Thank heavens they have been exposed on national news!

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!
First off, beware of FREE TO STORE SHIPPING. This is specifically a problem at this location because it is a SHOWROOM ONLY (Translation — not a store). So unless you drive to one of their nearby warehouses, you’ll have to pay for some pretty steep shipping charges.
The most ridiculous aspect of the process. DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, USE THEIR INSTALLERS! While their contract specifies as such (which I admittedly did not read) they do ZERO to prepare your home for the massive amounts of dirt and dust. They do not even bring so much as a drop cloth. This makes no sense! Bottom line — I had to hire someone else to erect a plastic «tent» to contain the mess.
PS — the installer was Finishline Flooring.

Going into this unmaintained un stocked, store and dealing with a rude obnoxious clerk or store owner was one of the overall worst experiences ever. I hope the clerk reads this to know that the person you spoke to happens to own a general contracting firm, whoops didn’t think that was possible did you. Way to go on your sales training.
On top of all of that they have no samples in store … Which on the website says they’re in store samples. Horrible experience stay away.

I went to the store at 95 Delancey street today and tried to get the laminator on sale on their website. Today is the last day of the sale. When I went there and showed the salesman the kind of laminator I was looking for, he checked the computer and told me that they havn’t gotten the sample for this kind of laminator and suggested and I buy something else. I felt trapped. Don’t believe their advertisement.

Total customer service nightmare. Non responsive to email, next to zero followup.
A week or so before my wood was due, I was told that it was unavailable — keep in mind that I ordered the wood 2 months in advance to avoid any surprises. They asked that I select an alternate wood and refused to accept any liability or even offer a discount. In fact they blamed their «system.» I learned of the issue when I happened to stop by the store — was anyone going to tell me? Maybe not…
When the install occured, there was excess material which I sent back w/​the installers. When I called up the store to credit my account, they told me «it’s impossible that there was leftover material.» I calmly explained to them that apparently there was a mismeasure or change in install procedure, but there was most definitely excess material. I am yet to hear back on my credit to my account and now I am just going to dispute the charge on my credit card… choose another company!!!
PS– When I asked for the regional manager’s name and number to file a complaint they REFUSED and stated that they were not allowed to give out the information. LOL.

Although this tiny shop is staffed by some very nice ladies, and the location is reasonably convenient to transit, doing business here is unbelievably frustrating.
Their stock on display is limited. And then it turns out that half of it is unavailable for pickup at your chosen location. So, on a practical level, you simply can’t buy flooring here. I couldn’t, anyway.
It takes a very long time for them to figure out what’s available where, as their computer system is byzantine. So let me save you some time and trouble: You probably can’t buy what you want here. Go somewhere else, or put down a nice rug and save yourself the aggravation.

This store simply cannot get anything right. Chose another store. (By all means go in there to choose your product but whatever you do don’t order from them.)
* They hardly answer their phone
* They do not return voicemails so no point in leaving a message
* They do not respond to emails (although they will email you, just don’t think replying will work)
My last order was a complete disaster ending with them taking no responsibility for the late AND incorrect delivery. When I asked them what they were going to do about it they replied that there was nothing they could do and that I would need to solve the problem.
