This black woman with short hair at the register is obnoxious and rude while I was purchasing a LV bag. I purchased it anyway since it was for my mom. This is the worse LV store I have ever been to! Or at least do not deal with that black women with short hair(she had an African accent). This is the complete opposite from the Chicago Michigan Ave store!

A bald headed man & a woman at the register with a boy cut hair style are RUDE. Take your business to a different location.

Person I dealt with was very rude and obnoxious… He couldn’t be bothered with getting the bag for me instead he pointed at the bag. Never again will I go back here…

The worst treatment ever. The store Manager was very rude and treated me very poorly. I will never purchase here again, I have never been spoken to this way before.

I stopped into this store yesterday evening around 7:15pm to get my Neverfull GM hot-stamped. It normally takes 24hrs for this process, but the sales associates were so accommodating, it was ready within 45 minutes! I had a great experience here and thank Nancy and Stan for being so helpful and friendly.

For starters I love LV products. I love their belts. I love the quality of leather & how durable the products are. Unfortunately recently I’d say about a week ago I had gone in to Saks to purchase a never full for my GF birthday, and the service was just not right. I walked in and and was completely disregarded for about 10 minutes. For those of you who haven’t gone to this location, the store is small. It’s not that difficult to notice a random person is standing there unattended for 15 minutes. I came up to and employee and asked for assistance they told me I have to wait for another representative. A customer had walked in about 5 minutes after me and she had received a greeting and was being served right away. That had really upset me. Once another employee showed up I asked right away for assistance and that I’m not being helped then she told me she will assist me. Only once I mentioned what I wanted to purchase all of a sudden someone cared. Then I was being helped by the rep. and another one joined in to show me different options and variations of the bags. It was very upsetting that I was«judged» and not helped with.(Just for reference. For a living I’m an e-commerce director) I generally dress in khakis/t-shirt with a back pack. I stopped in during my lunch break and felt like I didn’t make the cut for what a LV customer should be. It was quite upsetting. The only nice service they did give me was holding my item for me until I came out of work to pick it up. Which they should do regardless. So it was just a very unflattering experience.

I’ve been shopping at LV for many years now and I have a pair of Conspiration sunglasses that needed servicing because one of the screws on the hinge fell out. This was a free repair at LV, which is nice, but when I got my glasses back, one of the lenses had a deep scratch on it. This was a unique blue pair of Conspirations that I bought in LV in Dubai and it’s not available anymore. They don’t have replacement lenses so they said they’d offer me an exchange for a pair they have available now. But the real kick in the face is that they said it costs $ 80 more now than when I bought my pair, so I have to pay the difference. Not only is it not the same blue pair, but only a standard black one, they want me to pay up for a mistake they made in ruining my glasses? I even requested to speak with the store manager and he gave me the same response. Even, further adding to the insult, he said«Oh, well the pair you got doesn’t have polarized lenses and the new ones do so that’s why it’s more expensive». Fair enough, until I did some research and NO, it’s not different. This Conspiration model being discontinued after this year and they’ve been the same glasses for the last 5+ years. And all that aside, I wouldn’t even be looking at another pair if YOUGUYSHADN’T SCRATCHEDUPMYLENSES. This guy was a real arrogant douche too. So many people have LV stuff now, there’s no longer any exclusivity to the brand. And with customer service like this, there’s a reason why I’ve upgraded to Hermes.

The staff at this location is extremely friendly and helpful, and took the time to show us everything before we bought, without being pretentious and annoyed The layout of this store is also really sweet! and probably the best of the locations in NYC. They also had a small cocktail party later in the evening, when we returned to pick stuff up, which was a nice touch

This is the only Louis Vuitton store in NYC that I will ever shop at again. After experiencing sub-par service from several other LV stores in NYC, I realize what a gem this location is. All the sales staffs that I’ve ever encountered at this location have always been friendly and helpful!

One of the few places that I love to and is willing to trek to, to shop in, in the heart of tourist land…
