They charge way more than anyone else for the same products !!
Got some chalk paint I needed to complete a project — didn’t ask the price as it’s pretty standard– and they charged me at least $ 10 over any other place. The guy there had nothing to say about the pricing so I recommend verdigreen on 7 st for chalk paint an altogether nicer and less expensive experience!

Martin is great. Every single time we need to paint a room we go to him. We painted our living room 3 times before we went with his initial recommendation. And now it’s our favorite color! Just did our nursery. Considering he’s always on point, went with his first recommendation and love it. Honestly, we save time and money just going with his suggestions instead of what we used to do… toil over colors, buy a ton of samples, then paint and be just okay with the outcome or repaint altogether.
Now we just let him do the thinking for us and we’re always happy

Owner is a thief! I’m a paint novice and I knew this place has been around for a while so I didn’t hesitate going there, wish I had seen the reviews here first. I spoke with the owner Martin and told him that I needed to paint one wall in my living room, Asked for a gallon of a custom mixed color in Matte finish that would be suitable for this work. I was charged almost $ 80 for the gallon which seemed like a lot, but again I’m not a painter so I assumed this was a fair cost. Got home and noticed that it was Aura version of the color (bath and spa grade). Checked on-​line and found out that this is the most expensive line and $ 30 more than regular grade paint per gallon. I went back to the store and asked why he sold me an $ 80 gallon instead of the standard $ 50 without giving me the option and he said he thought I would like this better.
When asked to exchange for a regular grade gallon and refund of the difference, Martin started yelling at me said «are you finished? Trust me, if I have to finish this it won’t be pretty!» The owner of the store wanted to fight me after He got called out for being a thief. I’ve never met a more disgusting person, can’t believe the owner of a store would behave like this. Filed a complaint with Benjamin Moore shortly after.
Trust the reviews, these guys are out to rip you off. Don’t shop here.

Beware when shopping here, they will scam you!!! I had a negative experience, (the manager who refused to give me his name although I’m certain it’s Martin) helped me pick out a blue for a nursery and charged me $ 27 for a sample — I felted pressured to buy it but I was no way expecting that sort of cost for a sample. I should have refused or walked out of the store. When I put the color on the wall, it was lavender! I called disappointed, he was rude and told me there were no refunds or exchanges! When I asked again for his name for this review he said I was harassing him — what a joke! Go to a different store if you want to be treated fairly.

They always have what I need. Great, helpful staff! They always have what ever speciality products I need.

I went in to buy paint yesterday and found the staff person to be very helpful. I needed primer for my fence and was thinking I would need to get an expensive brand, but he recommended another brand that didn’t cost as much, and said it was actually better quality. He seemed very knowledgeable and gave detailed explanation as to why the brand was a better quality product. I appreciated that he didn’t try to get me to spend more money than necessary and that I wasn’t compromising on quality either. I will definitely go back.

I have been in to this paint shop a few times since my first review in 2014. Every time the experience has been positive. The people have been very helpful, and have given excellent advise on paint selection. I am very particular about colour, and I appreciate they are too.

I recently purchased quite a bit of paint and painting supplies at London Paint Company. It’s just a few blocks from Janovic Plaza which may have cheaper prices — I don’t even know — but I wanted to support a local store. I’m so sorry that I used that as my criterion.
A week after my initial purchase, I returned for some more paint, at which time I asked for paint mixing sticks. The owner, Martin, told me that I didn’t need sticks if I was using the paint right away because they mixed them so thoroughly.
I went back just now for a 15 ounce paint sample. They put the sample together and sent me on my way (no stick offered or provided). I got home, opened the can and to see a river of paint dye swimming in the paint. (See photo.) This can of paint was not mixed.
I called and spoke with Martin. I told him what happened. He accepted no responsibility for this problem.
He replied that the samples are so small that it’s hard to mix the paint. I asked why he didn’t give me a mixing stick, since he’s aware of this problem, so I could mix it myself. He told me not to use a Popsicle stick. This doesn’t even make sense.
He said that I would have to go back to the store and they would mix it for me. I said that was a real problem for me (need it be said) and I would like to be compensated in some way.
He said, «It’s not the end of the world, miss. Just come in and we’ll mix it for you.»
What kind of place is this? The owner himself admits that he did not provide the product/​service that would be expected in a useable form. Then I have to drag myself back out there on painting day in the blazing sun because of his mistake and be subjected to his rudeness on top of it.
I have to give one star because I did not receive the product as promised (i.e., mixed and useable), or an item that might have allowed me to make it useable (i.e., a mixing stick), and the store representative was rude and accepted no responsibility for the error.

I am managing a construction business and use them alot. The service in this store is excellent and always turning around my order quick. also the price is very competitive. try to use them. you will use them again.

I had never bought paint before, walked into the store and asked how much I should need for an area of 3 ft by 6 ft. I was told a gallon. This seemed high to me so I questioned the amount and was reassured that I most certainly would need a gallon for that square footage. This gallon cost $ 89.00. Low and behold I went home, applied two coats of paint and probably only used ¹⁄₈ of the can.
Went back to the store and asked to speak to the manager, Martin. Told him about the situation and was told that it was my fault for taking his associate’s advice, and that the purchase was ultimately up to me. I stated that his associates shouldn’t be giving out false advice to customers, and that I went online and calculated that one should only need a quart for the square footage I needed to paint. He again told me that it was my fault for buying that amount of paint, told me I was being dramatic, and cursed at me as I left his store.
NEVER GO HERE!

Awesome paint selection and killer customer service. I work for a company that buys paint from London Paint on a weekly basis. They always have everything we need. If you ask nicely, they will usually deliver for free!

Martin was unbelievably rude and verbally harassed me when I tried to pay with a credit card for a $ 2 charge. It’s perfectly reasonable that the store would require me to pay with cash, however there was no sign listed and Martin felt the need to come over and tell me «well that’s your problem» when I said I could only pay for half of my purchase. When I asked for his name or business card, he told me that he doesn’t have to give that out because it’s personal information. I could not have been treated more poorly by him. He even took a picture of me outside his store trying to take down the address.
