Dr Loeb is the best there is. I was referred to him by a top dermatologist in the city and, as a model, I knew I should only see the best when considering a laser skin tightening treatment for my face/​neck. There are tons of laser options out there it seems, and everyone on the corner is doing them. I believe it is important to work with someone highly skilled and experienced who takes pride in their work. Dr Loeb and his staff delivered on all accounts for me. I decided to try the Fractora laser with pins for skin tightening and I am incredibly pleased. After 2 treatments of Fractora, which is reasonably priced by the way, the results are simply outstanding. My skin was tighter immediately after the procedure and remains so. My skin is also smoother in appearance. I had no discomfort during the procedure as a light sedation was given. I slept through the whole thing. I looked presentable without makeup within 3 days, and I had no swelling or bruising. I could have applied makeup the next morning and gone to a meeting, if I needed to. I am so pleased with this procedure and Dr Loeb is simply tops!

If I could give Dr. Loeb more than 5 stars I would. He performed my rhinoplasty and chin/​neck contouring 4 months ago and I am beyond happy with my experience. Knowing what I know now, I wish I had done this years ago!
I was referred to Dr. Loeb by 2 friends whose noses looked so natural, I couldn’t believe they weren’t born with them. I did a lot of additional research on Dr. Loeb and learned he was one of the best plastic surgeons in the country with many high profile clients flying from all over the world to see him.
I’ve always considered myself an attractive person but I’ve never been happy with my nose. For many years I wanted to correct my nose, only to give more symmetry to my face. There was never the «right» time; nerves also contributing to putting off the procedure — until at 33 years old, I found myself in between jobs with the opportunity to take care of myself — mind, body, and soul. Every step in the process was so easy, defying my expectations of being a «normal» person choosing a prestigious, in demand plastic surgeon. I was quickly and easily scheduled for a consult. When I met Dr. Loeb, I was blown away by his professionalism and his humility. He made me feel that he had to impress me! He listened as I described by concerns with my nose. At no point did he tell me I needed the procedure nor directed me to the nose I «should» have. He showed me what he could do for me surgically. Since his goal is facial harmony and symmetry he suggested I consider chin/​neck contouring. He wanted me to know all my options, but never pushed. In fact, he did the opposite. He said I was already beautiful, and whatever I chose would just enhance what I already have. Feeling confident with my consult and the composites he created, I scheduled surgery, deciding to have the additional procedure. If I was going do this, I wanted to get it right the 1^st time.
On the day of surgery, I arrived excited and far less nervous than I had when I came to the consult. I knew I was in good hands. I woke up in the recovery room with no pain and surrounded by his staff waiting on me, addressing every my need even before I knew I needed it. Dr. Loeb even came in to check on me.
Upon removal of my splint a week later, I fell in love with my face upon 1^st sight, swollen and all. I think my 1^st words were «I still look like me, but different». No longer any bad angles to avoid, my confidence blossomed, and continues to shines through to everyone around me.
The entire process has been much easier than I expected. Every visit to Dr. Loeb’s office, he and his staff — Heidi, O’real, Lisa, and Irina, make me feel like I’m their most important patient. He comes to every appointment with a huge smile on his face and exuding warmth. I leave every appointment feeling great with a pep in my step.
As mentioned before, I was in between jobs. Usually one would be advised not to make any major changes at this time, but my experience proves otherwise. Two months post procedure I was offered an amazing career opportunity, which requires me to take on a public and visible role. The timing couldn’t have been more perfect and I feel 100% photo and camera ready.
He is a talented surgeon who also understands the importance of the human element; a truly rare combination. Choosing him was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I highly recommend him to everyone!

I’m very happy for the folks who gave 5-​star reviews for Dr Loeb’s work. Enjoy it for now! Because I’d be interested in hearing what would happen if anything went awry — even if it had to do with an unfortunate decision or marketing ploy on his part– because at that point he would just treat you like a bug on the windshield of his cosmetic-​surgery progress:
Dr Loeb was having a sale on injectable silicone (as I found out later, right before it was going to pulled from the shelves for safety reasons for awhile — imagine that!) so I went in for a lower-​lip plumping– I knew silicone was permanent, but what could possibly go wrong with a simple procedure like that?
Well, he injected the (yes, permanent) silicone in the *very outer* corners of my lower lip only. Who would make such a choice? I’m untrained, and even I wouldn’t have thought that could be aesthetically appropriate. But it was done, and I thought «this fellow has a great reputation, maybe it’s just me» and went into denial– thinking it would shift position or something. So I foolishly paid and went on with my business.
After a couple of years, the lumps in the corners of my lips just enlarged to where it looked like there were protrusions on either corner of my mouth, like little fangs.
This is where it gets dicey. Knowing these things can happen, I called the office for a follow– up or revision and was told I’d have to pay a hefty consult fee– if I remember, I think it was $ 250.00. I asked why a consult fee if I’d already been seen? I’d already paid the fee the first time around. After a little explanation, the nurse agreed to an appointment without the fee.
When I go into the 10-​minute appointment I was told by Dr Loeb that indeed, there was nothing to be done about the protrusions, it’s silicone. Sorry. And by the way, he and the office still wanted me to pay the «consultation fee». I told them it’d already been cleared before I came that this fee would be waived. I asked to speak with the nurse who I spoke with, who then just kind of shrugged and was told again «Sorry. It was a mistake, I shouldn’t have said that. You have to pay, because the doctor’s time is valuable.»
Really? I guess what you are saying is, even though I took the whole afternoon off of my (hourly temp) job to address a badly done procedure by Dr Loeb, which I had actually paid for before with more of my own time and money, and with no solution except for «Sorry about that” — my time and money isn’t valuable? It hadn’t even occurred to anyone that my time and money could be valuable to me — especially in that situation– as well. But because I’m a reasonable person, I agreed to pay half of the fee– when I look back, I shouldn’t have even done that.
I had to put one star because I tried to think of something good about the experience and outcome, but there really isn’t anything.
Avoid! Hopefully unless any problems directly impact your physical health– you are pretty much on your own here– and then some. Good luck, you’re going to need it.

I was terrified for years to get a nose procedure I always wanted for fear of looking like a real housewife or like someone who clearly had plastic surgery. Instead I avoided having people look at me in profile and avoided pictures. I cringed everytime I saw a picture and spent my days working around my nose. Dr Loeb reassured me from the start that he would not make it unnatural and that he would give me a nose that fit my face. He not only did that, but actually gave me a much prettier nose than I had even dared hoped for. He worked with me to give me what I wanted but in a way that looked totally natural. Everyone can tell I look better but can’t tell what it is and my boyfriend says it looks like I had been born with the nose and that it looks like the nose I should have had. I’m completely in love with it and dont feel ugly anymore. For anyone who is afraid of plastic surgery and wants to look like themselves but better, Dr. Loeb is the right doctor for you!

I never bother to write online reviews, but Dr. Loeb and the work he did for me impacted my life in such positive ways, I feel moved to share.
I discovered Dr. Loeb when I was 27 years old. I had been working as a professional actress in New York for about 3 years at the time and had been modeling for 1 year after a series of fortunate events. While I was relatively confident young woman, I had been plagued for years with hating my nose. My nose wasn’t terrible or huge, just a little too bulbous at the tip and (after a break in college) a bit wide at the bridge. For years I tried to forget about it and be comfortable despite of it. But after seeing myself of TV numerous times and then in modeling pictures, I realized I was not able to shake this dissatisfaction with my face. I liked how I looked, except for my nose. And it began to effect my ability to be a good actress and model. I was too self-​conscious. I was always worried about how my nose looked on camera. When I would see myself, all I could see was my nose.
After getting a referral from a model friend, who at first had told me a «friend» of her’s had a phenomenal nose job from Dr. Loeb but later admitted it was her perfect nose that was in fact the work of Dr. Loeb, I decided to make an appointment. What struck me the most about my friend’s nose was that it didn’t look fake like a lot of cookie cutter nose jobs that you see, it looked like a unique nose that suited her face.
Soon as I sat down in Dr. Loeb’s office I immediately felt comfortable. Dr. Loeb’s bedside manner is phenomenal. He never made me feel flawed or scrutinized, he simply helped me see how a few slight changes to my nose could help me bring out the beauty of the rest of my face instead of overpowering it. The imaging he did really sold me on the procedure and I booked a rhinoplasty for a few weeks later.
After a quick recovery period, my bandages came off and there was the nose of my dreams, the nose he had projected with his imaging software, the nose that I had before I became a teenager and it grew just a little too round. I couldn’t believe how much I suddenly loved my face!
I can honestly say, that personally this nose job was the best thing I could ever do for myself. I no longer was plagued with self-​consciousness surrounding my nose, and as a result I became a much better actress and model. I was no longer obsessing in my head over what my nose looked like. I now trusted I was beautiful and really got over a lot of my vanity and insecurity and was able to focus on my job. My modeling clients didn’t even notice the rhinoplasty, they just thought I was looking incredible all of a sudden (I dyed my hair to throw off the transition).
In the 6 years since my rhinoplasty, I have been in to see Dr. Loeb a couple more times. I now trusted him implicitly. When I asked him about the deepening expression lines on my forehead, he encouraged me to wait on botox, explaining the possibility of it changing my look while I was still this young. That only raised my confidence and respect for him, he really wanted me to look my best and most natural. When I went to him for a subtle lip enhancement, he gave me just that, an incredibly natural but fuller lip (using filler), that again no one could quite put their finger on.
I now tell all my friends considering having enhancement work done to go to Dr. Loeb. He is a true artist with his patient’s best interest at heart. As an actress and a model, having bad work done could have completely damaged my career. I feel so lucky I found Dr. Loeb. He freed me from my self-​consciousness surrounding my nose, made me more beautiful, and contributed greatly to my confidence and longevity in my career. I am still modeling into my thirties and a better actress then I have ever been. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

Dr. Thomas Loeb is a miracle worker and he has changed my life tremendously. I am a 24 year old female and I had a rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Loeb on July 1^st and the results are phenomenal. Keep in mind it has been 2 weeks post-​op and I look amazing. You wouldn’t even think I had anything done if you didn’t know me before. Prior to surgery, I had a humped nose and wide tip. We narrowed the nostrils and lowered the hump. I met with Dr. Loeb 2 times (1 time consultation and 1 time a week before surgery), he took pictures and with computer imaging I was able to get an idea of how the results would look. Dr. Loeb answered all questions I had and made me feel confident and comfortable from the start. I stumbled upon Dr. Loeb when I was looking for a good plastic surgeon on the internet. I saw he had been featured on TV and big time magazines such as Allure as one of the top doctors. He has extensive before and after pictures with results on his website. At first, I couldn’t find too many reviews on Dr. Loeb that is why I am taking the time to write one on here to help you folks out there with your decision. I had wished more patients had taken the time to write reviews however, on his website there are extensive before and after pictures like I said before. Additionally, Dr. Loeb’s entire staff is friendly, caring, professional and accommodating to your needs. Love all the lovely ladies working at the NYC office, O’real, Irena, Lisa & Heidi. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Post operation, the nurses were taking care of all of my needs, I don’t have 1 complaint. Dr. Loeb is continuing to see me post-​op to ensure everything is healing properly and always answers any questions I may have or concerns. Dr. Loeb is patient and has a gentle touch. Plus he is a perfectionist, this is a definitely a quality you want in a surgeon! I just had an appointment with Dr. Loeb last week and I am seeing him again on July 29. Unlike many others, Dr. Loeb genuinely loves what he does and he is great at what he does. If you are considering plastic surgery, I would highly recommend doing yourself a favor, and schedule a consultation with Dr. Loeb. Keep in mind it is a scary thing to trust anyone to do work on your face but I have 100% confidence and trust in Dr. Loeb. The results were so natural, he gave me the nose I should have been born with. All my colleagues at work keep telling me how I look even more beautiful but they can’t quite tell what I had done! The way I am feeling is indescribable, I am forever grateful to Dr. Loeb.

Had a breast augmentation back in February, and could not be happier with the results! Dr. Loeb is a GREAT surgeon who listens to his patients and gives realistic feedback. His work is beyond AMAZING and I got the natural size and look I had wanted.
I felt very comfortable with the care provided by him and his staff. His nurse Irina was very knowledgable and personable.
