Hate leaving bad reviews but come on. you know that feeling when you paid for something and it’s taking forever and being screwed up repeatedly, then the final product is just lackluster. A product you paid top dollar and waited forever for. You want to complain, but there is no point in wasting your time. That’s my experience getting a juice from here.

I love the acai bowls, but it’s not worth tolerating the crappy customer service, especially when there are so many juice places in the neighborhood now, some of which I’ve come to like better. There seems to be a trend of disgruntled employees at all the liquiteria locations (although this one is the worst). including union square and the smaller one in urban space. Management needs to fix something.

Although prices were a little bit on the steep side, I had a tasty acai bowl for lunch here. It was bordering on a bit too cold but it had a good flavor profile, nonetheless. Will likely return to try their smoothies.

My family were waiting me during I was in Google for conference.
After I joined, my 3 years old girl feel pee, so I asked about restroom. Then clerks answered there was no public restroom. So i asked again to use the restroom for workers and they answered her manager would be angry if my girl use it. Then they did’t care about our situation althought we already bought two smoothy in there. So i had to enter next store and used their restroom.
Same day, my family went to gogo curry in 19^th street, I asked restroom and they willing to share their own restroom although it was after kitchen.
I don’t care about taste about this place. I think if they don’t be afraid about customers’ feeling, they must be shutting down. If Unilocal had a feature for minus, I will give –9 999 999 999 999.

Dude closed and locked the door on me at 9 sharp, then stared blankly at me when I double checked my time in disbelief… couldn’t be bothered I guess.
Tons of other spots to get over priced juice; just lost my business.
Hello Equinox next door.

I ordered the coffee and cocao because it includes some of my very favorite things — but for some reason — all together it was just «meh.» Not bad, but not particularly good — which is a bummer for the price tag. That said, I might go back to try another flavor before making a final call on this spot.

Well, nothing has changed.
UPDATE: Now the minimum order is 18 $ along with a 3 $ delivery fee. This is a joke. BYE
I had ordered the mean green smoothie at 12:07pm with an estimated time of arrival 90 – 100 mins. Not a problem because Ive waited before for it.
Come around 3:00 and I still have no order, I call the Chelsea location to find out the delivery man claims it was delivered. I asked around the office and nobody had received it by mistake and our office manager had not received it either.
I call over and they said another one was one the way. Sounds good they were going to make it right which I appreciated. I was told it would be here in 30 mins
And yet here I am at 5pm with no lunch order. I starting to wonder what the 3 $ dollar administrative fee is for.
Do any other Liquiteria location than the chelsea one.

I love the smoothies and juices from here. The prices are good compared to some other juice /​smoothie competitors. Current favorite is the Coffee and Cacao.
The reason for the 2 star review was because of the customer service. Love the guy at the register but this is for the folks that make the drinks. Normally when I visit other places, if there’s any extra left from making my smoothies, I’m always asked if I’d like the extra. Instead it was given to someone who wanted to try it — about half a cup of each of the 2 smoothies I ordered. Basically $ 9 worth.
Sure, not a big a deal. But, if you spend $ 19 on 2 smoothies and you give 2 half cups of your drinks to someone else to try, at least fill my cup all the way up!

Not worth it.
I work across the street from this Liquiteria. I come here (or used to) probably once a week. 50% of the time I come, they forget my order and it’s not until I remind them that they start it. It’s also not cheap. If I’m paying $ 8 – 10 for anything from oatmeal to a smoothie (things I could make at home), it’s either because the quality is great or it’s convenient. I was paying for convenience, but no more.
Today I waited over 20 minutes for a peanut butter acai bowl. After 10 minutes of waiting, an associate asked me what I was waiting on, then started to make one. When she was pouring it into the bowl, I watched another associate stop her, take some of it out, then use the remainder that was in the blender to start another acai bowl. THEN THEY FORGOT THIS ONE. After another ten minutes of waiting, they gave me one that had been sitting on the counter. By the time I took it up to my office, it was partially melted with a giant glob of peanut butter in the middle.
I’ve gone to other Liquiteria locations that are somewhat better, but overall mediocre.

Reasonably priced Level 2 3 day juice cleanse. Yet not enough variety throughout the day.
You get 2 all green juices, one sweet pineapple strong drink, two more all green juices and then one sweet beet juice before bed.
The «All Greens» (which makes up 4 out of the 6 juices a day) is a bit hard to stomach and you get tired of it so quickly. On day two and three, I had to mix the sweet pineapple and green to feel like I could get through them. Even drinking the midday pineapple juice is hard to stomach alone because it’s insanely sweet.
Also, my energy levels were so low during the day, would spike midday, and then drop again. It’d be great if they could have more balanced sweetness throughout the day.
The beautiful part of juicing is not only feeling better but looking forward to tasting these juices as your only form of nourishment for three days!
I’d say Liquiteria should get more creative in their recipes. I don’t think I will return here unless they change their recipes.

My first smoothie here was the mean green smoothie and you can def taste the richness of the greens and there was no bitter aftertaste like other green juices.

I was greeted with a smile and a friendly hello upon walking in the door which was super refreshing and hard to come by these days. Fast and amazing smoothie. Can’t wait to come back!

I wanted to leave a review today because I really appreciated the treatment I got after having an issue with my order…
Last night I ordered a smoothie & the raw chocolate chia seed pudding. When it was delivered, the smoothie lid was broken, but it looked like whoever packaged it realized this because a second lid was placed on top. It still leaked and there was smoothie all over my bag. Not a huge deal, most of the smoothie was still in the cup so I didn’t think it was worth calling them over.
However, after eating about half of my pudding, I realized there was a «used by» sticker on the bottom of the container… and it was expired. Albeit only by a day — but still, they shouldn’t be selling expired food!
I called today just to ask for a refund for the pudding, and the person I spoke to was SO nice and apologetic. I really didn’t think it was a huge deal, I just wanted my money back and asked that they check the other puddings on their shelf to insure no one else got expired product, and I mentioned the broken smoothie lid. She put me on hold to speak withe her GM — and when she came back told me they were sending me a $ 25 gift card as an apology. This was truly above and beyond what was necessary, a simple refund would have been perfectly fine — so I truly appreciate their customer service. I understand mistakes happen, so this won’t stop me from ordering from them again — if anything it gave me more incentive since I know if I ever have an issue again they’ll be very helpful!

There’s nothing fancy or anything extra fantastic about Liquiteria. The décor is pretty bland with it’s partially light wooden fixtures. What’s great is when you walk in, it smells freshingly like it’s making a fruit or vegetable mixture. It serves as one of the things I love and what I was there for a brew of juices. Yes, the juices are good and refreshing. Liquiteria also has baked goods, nutritional bars, cups of salad/​yogurt, bowls of salad, shots, coffee/​tea, and what’s great is it provided a day to day plan for your juicing needs. It has variety and each one of those varieties from fruit to vegetables and baked goods appear to be uniquely created.
The staff seem friendly and attentive to questions. I was helped moments upon entering, no wait. And while I was in there I heard a light beat of music to lightly groove to for a bit.
The price tag is a bit higher but not much so due to location, size and the product one gets.

The drinks are good and the staff is friendly (usually) but not as great as their union square location.
Sometimes this location gets very hectic because the door is by the cash register so it feels like that’s where you’re supposed to start but you actually have to walk to the end of the counter on the right to place your order. Seems a bit backwards to me.

Another juice bar chain and I’m ashamed to admit that I really like it. The most embarrassing is in the summer, when I shell out $ 8 for a bottle of watermelon juice. I find the juices over-​priced but I dig the smoothies. They are refreshing and actually very filling — usually my boyfriend and I share one, or else we go into a serious smoothie coma.
My favorite ones are: «green» monster, hangover cure, and mean green.

Smoothies and fresh pressed juices are trending so it’s no wonder places like Liquiteria, Juice Generation and the Juice shop are popping up everywhere. I have been to Juice Generation and wasn’t impressed so I was hesitant to try any other smoothie place. However, my friend raved about Liquiteria, so I thought I would give it a shot. They have a bunch of smoothies on their menu but you can take out ingredients and add different ones if you like. Since I don’t like bananas or blueberries in my smoothies-​I got the berry powerful without bananas/​blueberries. It was delish. My boyfriend wanted to try it, so I came back the next day and ordered the same thing. He ordered the bulldozer.

The smoothies are as good as most other places, but the customer service was non existent this afternoon.
After standing at the counter to order, and not being acknowledged by the girl behind the counter (after all she was too busy texting to look up) I had to ask her where I could order … The look I got was enough to ensure I never go back.

The moment I saw $ 8 for watermelon juice, I felt like liquiteria was a gigantic rip off.
You can literally get a watermelon for $ 8, and I’d much rather do that than pay for a puny bottle of water that taste like watermelon.
If you’re looking for juice, there are plenty juice trucks around that so business at a much reasonable rate.

Not sure what all the hype about juicing, smoothies, etc is around Manhattan, but I finally gave in and got myself to try Liquiteria after seeing so many of them pop up around town.
The smoothies cost as much as a meal, but for the size and if you actually add up how much some of these things might cost, it’s not too terrible. Actually, you could probably substitute these as a meal or something. As some others have mentioned, I also wish these came in smaller sizes for maybe half the price — I would probably be more inclined to stop by if I didn’t throw away half my drink because it was too much.
The Beets Me juice looked like my kind of thing, but the bf wanted a smoothie, so I obliged. We got the Hangover Cure smoothie after a previously long night — papaya, peaches, bananas, apple cider, vanilla almond milk, coconut, vitamin c, liver-​kidney-​lymph detox & honey. Meh. Was not blown away at all… maybe it was the mix of these ingredients?
Anyway, buy a Nutribullet or if you’re loaded enough, a Vitamix and make your own smoothies. These smoothies and juices definitely add up to be a huge bill.
