Had to repair my old IPhone 5 and IPad 2 screens.
They both look good, however after the service IPhone gives me glitches sometimes.

$ 89.00 to repair my phone… first time was incorrectly.
i had problems since it was fixed (screen was dark on and off) and then could not detect my touch whatsoever… so it was completely unable to be used…
thankfully, i went back & they repaired it again for me, but as they should considering i went only a couple of hours with a «fixed» phone until realizing it was broken again…
So since Apple does NOT repair third party screens, i had to go back and let them know it was completely broken & they fixed it again for me. I wouldn’t give any more than 3 stars because he tried to charge me again — no. not after $ 89 in repairs, thank you… but thankfully, fixed and working again… hopefully for good.

Super easy experience. Building is a little sketchy but the guard at the front desk is really sweet. I bought a groupon and they were swamped and told me I would have to come back in 2 hours — no problem since I was planning on coming back the next day anyways. Phone looks as good as new!

The owner Kuma was what I can honestly call the Phone Repair DR!
He replaced my shattered screen in under 20 minutes. But there was ANOTHER problem, Since I dropped the phone so aggressively the screen had also gone blank.
I was worried once I turned the phone back on internal issues would exist.
Sure enough, As soon as I turned the phone back on it had a mind of its own and was calling people and opening apps on its own! Ah!!! The phone from hell! Lol.
Really bad situation… you can imagine with my luck who it called.lol.I quickly handed the phone back to Kuma, he opened the phone back up, did his magic and it was back in working order in under 5 min. I haven’t had a problem since.
Whatever he did, he’s a life saver!

Great experience! Friendly staff and quick fix (less than 20 min). My iphone 5s literally looks like new. I dropped it twice that day, and it was in a horrible condition… The white part inside of the screen glass even fell off. Paid$ 85 which I think it’s a great deal in New York City.

The location is in a building opposite Port Authority on the 5^th floor. Its kinda hard to find. Its in a small room on the 5^th floor.
I was quoted $ 90 for fixing my screen. I was a little disappointed at this high price. They agreed to bring it down to $ 70. Good.
They told me they would fix in 30−45min. I thought they were going to call my alternative number but I never got a call. I came back after an hour and my phone was ready.
It looked good. I would say Kumar, the guy who fixed my phone, is extremely skillful and quick. But minus 2 stars because I did not enjoy bargaining at the beginning and I wish I knew it was cash only beforehand.

I needed to get a micro sim card cut into a nano sim card. Not only was Kumar at Link-​Sys able to do it, with the proper tool, in a minute… he HOOKED ME UP, literally. I won’t mention the deal he gave me but if his other services are priced anything like the offer he gave me to cut my sim card, I highly recommend him. He’s a very nice guy, quick, and there were some friendly people hanging out. Props to L.A. outside who holds the Link-​Sys sign for helping me find the building and taking me up to the shop. I’d definitely go back to this spot for repair needs in the future. All around good people and great service.

My iPhone was water damaged and due to that the LCD became messed up. I walked out of the subway and I saw signs up for phone repair so i decided to take a risk and give it a try without knowing about this place. Kumar, the guy who fixes phones, was very nice and he fixed my problem right away. It took a shorter time than I expected and the price was good.

This place is awesome! He’s helped me many times and I have sent many people here to get stuff fixed.
Prices are amazing and he does everything perfect very quickly! And it’s directly above the subway, so it’s super easy to get there and get stuff done.
So happy I’ve found this place.

Purchased a groupon for a screen fix. Was told to put up a review on Unilocal for a five dollar rebate. I did and never received anything. Other than that service was fine.

Went to Link-​Sys today for the very first time and I was very, very pleased! I needed to get the mother-​board switched between two Samsung Galaxy S4s. Although on-​line they made it sound like a simple switch, I am more of a software person than hardware so I wanted someone who was more experienced and fast. Kumar at Link-​Sys was just that person! I appreciated his extremely fast and reliable service. The price was great at $ 40 and he charged exactly what he quoted over the phone,.no hidden fees! I will definitely recommend Link-​Sys to others!

These people STOLE parts out of my company issued phone. When I confronted them, they said «I have one hundred customers, I do not care». AVOID AVOID AVOID

Pretty disappointed with my experience here.
About a week and a half ago, I dropped my phone and cracked my screen. No big deal — I’ll get it repaired. I often see deals for phone screen repair, so I went home and found a LivingSocial deal for Link-​Sys ($ 20 for $ 40 of work). With a quote of $ 80, I was excited about the reasonable cost to restore my phone to her original beauty.
(Note: definitely pay attention to what they quote you. I was loosely told $ 80, and when I arrived the first time at the «office,» Mary the receptionist asked, «How much did I say?»)
I visit Link-​Sys the following afternoon (their office is in an odd building at 42^nd and 8^th… a little seedy, but hey! it’s cheap!), and when I get there, I discover that they don’t have the right color glass for my phone (Samsung Galaxy 4S in Arctic Blue). I’m a little annoyed that they wouldn’t think to ask that over the phone… but hey! It’s cheap! And I’m told that they will order the phone screen for me and I can come back Saturday to get it put on. Great.
Saturday afternoon, I come back… no one’s around. Call the number, and «Sorry, we’re not working today. Come back during the week.» Again, I’m annoyed, BUT HEY! IT’S CHEAP! It’s a holiday weekend, so I feel forgiving. I work long hours during the week, but they’re open until 10, so I can make it work.
Come back Monday evening around 8:45, and he’s received the screen, but tells me it’s scratched, and he has to order another one. When can I get it back? «Another week.» NO. NO NO NO NO NO. I tell him that he needs to order it again and get it shipped overnight. «That will cost me $ 22.» SO WHAT! You’ve made me come here three times in a week! WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS TO ME?! I bought a deal, I want to do business with you! Just fix my phone! «Fine. Call me back tomorrow.»
Call back today. «They don’t have any more in your color. Sorry, I can’t do it.»
Wow. Three trips, at least ten different phone calls… I’ve done everything on my end to be a good, easy customer who simply wants to fix her phone, but no. Mary, one of the receptionists, was very pleasant. Even Kumar (phone «fixer») was at least not rude in his inability to think ahead or resolve my phone issue. But I’m not coming to Link-​Sys to talk with non-​rude people. I’m here to get my phone screen fixed.
Thank god for LivingSocial and their easy return policy.

After getting my screen fixed for $ 50. I had to go back FIVE times for problems that arose only after they ‘fixed’ my phone. I went to another repair place and found out LinkSys STOLE parts of my phone. 7 screws and a metal plate.
Not worth it.

Got my phone fixed for a great Price and it took just 45mins (screen on S3) highly recommended… All kinds of repairs

My lock button was stuck in the phone and it was in desperate need of repair. They were able to do a great job in a ½ hour! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs an iphone repair it is completely worth every penny.
*Note: you are not entering an Apple store so know what you are getting into. That being said — I’ve been to a couple of other shops in the area and he is definitely the most reasonably priced.
*Know the market prices for getting the parts replaced and be an educated consumer– then you will have a great experience with a very trustworthy man.

I only needed an iPhone 4 unlocked and the front screen replaced, but they turned it around in like 10 mins and was the best deal by far.
Very happy, no idea what else they do, but sure they are very capable.
