My lunch date ditched me today and since it was windy and cold, I decided to give this cart a try. It’s on the corner of 33rd and 10th avenue. i chose the meatball parmigiana hero. It was 8 bucks. I had to wait a few minutes for it. they have a number you can call to order ahead so you don’t have to wait. It was a pretty decent sandwich. They cut the meatballs in half and line them up on the hero. So the portion is not as big like the brick and mortar pizzeria but it makes for less messier eating. they have quite a few things on the menu like chicken parm and fried oreos and calzones. I saw pasta on the lunch board also. If my lunch date stands me up next time, I’ll definitely head back.

Small cart… big flavor. Li-Sal’s is an excellent option for lunch and you get a great meal at a great price. The lunch specials tend to be under $ 10 and will definitely fill you up. One of the specials comes with half a sub, soup, and two garlic rolls for $ 7, and the other comes with ziti and meatballs, soup, and two garlic rolls for $ 8. The Italian bean and pasta soup is delicious and the garlic rolls are superb soaked in olive oil and garlic… each bite is as good as the last. I’ve tried a variety of their subs including the chicken, meatball, and eggplant parmesan, and though they’re basic, they’re all solid. Excellent food and service. Highly recommended!
