Personal training is my passion in life. I love every aspect of it: the positive life impact it makes on people’s lives, the hard working clients and the life changing results!
I believe fitness must be fun and accessible to everybody who desires improve their health quality — the more your put into it, the more you get — it is as simple as that.
Over the years I developed various programs for all kinds of different populations and special occasions such as:

— Clients interested in increase and improvement of strength, cardio vascular, getting in shape and work on their flexibility.

Leo Results Fitness is opened since 2012 — since then we helped hundreds of clients succeed with their fitness goals. We catered for a clientele who is seriously committed and driven to achieve their goals with our professional assistance.
We offer the best customized programs to our clients — Online training is also available.

My name is Leo Pinto and I am the owner of Leo Results Fitness. I have been established as a fitness professional in New York since 2002. I have extensive experience as a Personal Trainer having worked in the main leaders of the Fitness market for a number of years:
Equinox — 9 years
24Hour Fitness — 2 years
New York Health and Racquet — 1 year
Bally’s Fitness — 1 year
I have 3 national certifications and many other specializations — I also went to the University of Brasilia to study Physical Education in the capital of Brazil.
I love and live Fitness — I was always involved with sports — I started when I was 7 years old — I was a karate shotokan student for over 7 years, played soccer my entire life and developed and interest to other sports as well such as parachuting, handbol, Brazilian jiu Jitsu and most recently bowling and surfing. I incorporate elements of all areas of fitness on my training sessions — Our sessions are never boring or repeated. I can’t wait to get you started!
