I really enjoy this location of Lenwich. Not sure how valid my opinion is but I think there’s something truly unique about this business. Off of first impressions the décor is modern, clean and sleek. The owners and staff are extremely friendly in the mornings and actually start to remember your name if you’re a regular coffee/breakfast am customer. Everyone from the local schools, businesses and police station and fire dept frequent this business which make it a very comfortable neighborhood business. Secondly I come here because ALL of the food taste fresh and doesn’t take like it was cooked on a grill that needs some deep cleaning. The coffee and espresso competes with the likes of Starbucks and may actually be better tasting. The pastries are delicious too, warmed and toasted. This location is centrally location across the street from Flywheel and Crunch gym on 83rd st. I plan on coming here even more often and you should also.

I’m a fan! Food is prepared pretty quickly and sandwiches are fresh and filling. There are so many sandwich options and many healthy options as well. My personal favorite is the spicy chicken sandwich. The only thing I didn’t like here was the chicken noodle soup, which was flavorless and overwhelmingly filled with everything but chicken. Skip this one.

Always love this Lenwich location. Fast, efficient, friendly service and great sandwiches and more. Wish there was one closer to home, so keep it up Lenny! Chick peas in chili? Love it! My son went back for a 2nd bowl. :)

Amazing food … breakfast, lunch, hot food, salads. ALL excellent. Lenny and his brother Brian have made a chain to be proud of. To Elle who is annoyed by the name change it has something to do with trademarks from what I heard.

I had a really good Italian sub there and what impressed me the most was how clean it is. Lighting is bright and very efficient staff. This is a well run sandwich place. I would go back.

If you want to be treated like your business is unwanted, openly pointed and laughed at, and interact with employees that are downright disrespectful to you, then this is your go-to spot! They are a build-your-own custom sandwich and salad shop… yet when you ask to build your own and customize your meal which you’re paying entirely too much money for they act like you are a huge inconvenience. One of the employees, Christian(who is consistently rude and glares at customers), actually asked me if I had«come to ruin his day». They referred to the woman 2 people ahead of me in line as a princess and told her she was«really picky» about her meal. Overall, Lenwich is a decent chain that’s slightly overpriced… but at this location be prepared to be met with hostility and irritation that will surely rub off on you and ruin the experience.

good tasting sandwiches, but plan to spend a lot if you have an appetite clean spacious inside, if you order delivery often prepare to get the wrong order 50% of the time a 1.75 $ surcharge is added for ordering out, if you take that out of the tip the delivery guy looks at you with murder in his eyes.

Good solid tasty sandwiches packed with fresh ingredients. Exactly what I expected/wanted — I had the American and it had just the right amount of mayo/cheese so it still felt fresh and light.

The name change is annoying. Why, Lenny’s? Why change to «Lenwich» after all this time? WHY? WHY?(Okay, now I’m probably being annoying) Despite that, I like Lenny’s. It’s not gourmet food, obviously, but if you just need an easy lunch it’s a pretty convenient place to go. Their tuna salad sandwich is delicious(I like it on pumpernickel or seven-grain). They tend to be pretty quick(or quick enough) in getting your food to you too, whether you’re getting it at their location or through delivery.

This was the 2nd time getting lunch here for me, and both times didn’t disappoint. Although it was rainy out and during the heart of everyone’s lunch hour, the service was quick and the food was great. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich on a hero. It came with lettuce and blue cheese. All the chicken cutlet sandwiches here are sure to be good if they’re made like mine was. The turnaround is fast, so even though it was busy, there always seemed to be a table freeing up for someone. An overall good experience and good food.

I had the Pastrami. It was excellent! I would definitely eat there again when I’m in the area. As for other comment about lack of sandwich choices, at this restaurant you can create your own sandwich. So, the possibilities are left up to you.

This review is with regard to their breakfast only. Breakfast was very mediocre. Not bad, but not worth a repeat visit. We tried the western wrap and an egg and cheese bagel sandwich.

This was my first time ordering Salad at this place. I would say their salads are great, everything is so fresh!

The sandwiches aren’t very good and there’s a limited variety you can choose from. Wouldn’t recommend unless you absolutely need something to eat.

I was there on a weekday evening and my sandwich tasted good. The bad things: –Service was slow, even though there were as many employees as customers; –The bathroom was filthy; –Most of the tables, chairs, and benches were covered with crumbs.

I came in early Wednesday morning and I was starving. Their ordering system is a bit confusing. I stood in line for a good 5 minutes only to be ignored. Finally, when someone acknowledged me, I was able to place an order. I ordered the breakfast platter which had scrambled eggs, toast and hash brown. For some reason I thought it came with ham or bacon but it didn’t. I also had a small coffee to go. Took about 20 mins from the time I arrived(no line) until I left. When I got back to the apartment, I was disappointed with my order. The eggs were meh and the hash browns were not good. Only thing I really ate was the toast and coffee. Though breakfast was cheap, I wouldn’t return here. They need to fix their ordering system and teach staff to be a bit nicer to those non-morning people(like me).

JUSTTOOKHALFHOURTOGET A FREAKINGEGGSANDWICH. Terrible, terrible service. Apparently the cashier didn’t know how process my levelup payment and when my sandwich was ready, instead of buzzing me they just let my sandwich sit in the bag and let me sit there. When i finally went up to check — Server: «Uh, I think your payment didn’t go through.» Oh — I“m sorry, was I suppose to READYOURMIND?! The buzzer system doesn’t work if you don’t buzz your customer, sir. C’mon guys.

I just wanted a side of capers, and that’s what I got. Quick, clear and easy. It was my birthday and a colleague brought me a Lox and cream cheese bagel, but the deli they went to didn’t have capers. So I walked over to Lenny’s and they sold me a little cup of capers for $ 1.09. Super easy and efficient. no questions of «you just want capers» or «I need to check with someone if we can do that.» They just put the order into the console and in 1 minute I had a cup of capers! Fantastic, my sandwich is complete.

Lenny’s is a sandwich shop chain, so nothing too exciting to talk about. This location is spacious and clean, and a great place to pop in if you’re in the area and need to eat or kill some time without thinking too much. I always order the Jimmy T, which is a chicken cutlet with cheese and peppers. Solid. They also have breakfast options, and if you’re eating in, you can get a coffee for $ 0.99.

Cute little in-&-out breakfast spot. I had some time to kill after my hair appointment near by and stopped in for some ice coffee and breakfast. I came after the work rush so the large dining area wasn’t too packed. There is ample space for large groups both in or outside and the walk up counter makes for getting food quick and effortless. The iced coffee here is really good and some of the other specials look great as well.
