At Learn Spanish New York, you’ll be speaking Spanish right from the first class. We aim to offer courses of Spanish as a foreign language at all levels, based on world-class methods and programs of study.
If you so choose, our courses enable you to sit for the official DELE, the internationally recognized diploma of Spanish as a foreign language (Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera).
Through our method, you will advance gradually and systematically by means of fun learning activities. Our goals throughout the program are to:

History
Established in 2013.
Learn Spanish New York is a new Spanish language center founded in 2013 in downtown Manhattan, NYC.
We aim to provide affordable Spanish classes as well as cultural activities and events to those interested in the Spanish Language.
Through conversational meet-ups, lectures, courses and tutoring, as well as cultural events from a variety of different spanish speaking countries, we’ll help you smoothly immerse in the Spanish Language Culture.
Meet the Business Owner
Juana N.
Business Owner
Juana Rodríguez, our Academic director, who is in charge of designing the curriculum and training our teachers, brings over 35 years of teaching experience. She hails from Argentina.
From 1993 to 2006, Juana specialized in the teaching of Spanish as a foreign language with Instituto Cervantes and other institutions in Lebanon. She taught the language to people of all ages — from middle schoolers to business executives — and pursued specialized training in Spain.
Earlier on, Juana had served as vice principal of a private school in Argentina, following many years of demonstrated excellence as an elementary school teacher in public and private schools. During that span (more than 20 years), Juana participated in several local and national seminars to improve education
