History
Established in 1945.
In 1945, Andrew Reiner, an immigrant from Hungary, established what has become one of the most respected immigration law firms in New York. A pioneer in the field, Mr. Reiner, Sr. was instrumental in founding the organization now known as the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He went on to serve as both President of the national organization and later as President of the New York City Chapter.
Today, Andrew’s son Jan Allen Reiner continues to maintain the high ethical standards established by his father. He has been practicing immigration law and directing the firm for over thirty years.
Mr. Reiner is one of the few New York City immigration attorneys that are AV®-rated by Martindale-Hubbell*-their highest rating
He has been voted one of the Best Lawyers in the New York Metro Area, as seen in supplements to the New York Times, New York Magazine, and New York Law Journal
Mr. Reiner and his associates often accept the most difficult and challenging immigration law cases.
