Strongly recommend Dan to anybody trying to find a intelligent and skillful attorney. I run a dance school and retained Dan to represent our business in a dispute with our landlord whom we had leased a commercial space in midtown from. It was an stressful/​difficult situation. Frankly I needed legal help because the individual I was dealing was quite belligerent. Dan devised a very effective and affordable strategy that allowed us to terminate the lease and the vacate the premises without incurring liability. I appreciated Dan’s candid advice and his availability to answer all my questions. He is very personable and easy to work with. I would definitely hire him again should I have legal issues in the future

This attorney is fantastic. I work in Property Management and my company used him on two cases. We had tenants that had to be evicted from apartments that we managed. Dan was professional, thorough and fast.
I also used Dan to handle a personal Landlord/​Tenant case against my landlord. In the end my landlord had to make the needed repairs to my apartment and I got a rent credit for my aggravation. Dan worked with me in regards to payment of his legal fees. He spread my payments to him over some months. I also know that he charged me way less than what I would have paid, had I used another attorney.
