Just updating my review. I am now married and fortunate enough to have had an eternity band and gorgeous diamond halo earrings made by Lauren B for my wedding day! I couldn’t be happier with the beautiful jewelry collection we have started and hope to work with Lauren B to continue adding to it for years to come. Also as a tip, they can find fine watches for you… Which my husband and I both hope to be able to purchase from Lauren B soon now that all the wedding expenses are behind us :) and maybe there will be a Lauren B «push present» in my near future.

We worked with Lauren on creating my custom engagement ring. I had a very, very specific vision for a low-​set oval solitaire that I couldn’t find anywhere else. After worrying that I would have to settle for something that I didn’t love, we reached out to Lauren and she and the team made my dream a reality. I had seen a similar style to what I was looking for on the Lauren B Instagram, and Lauren worked with me to customize the ring to my exact specifications, and at a very reasonable price point.
My fiancé proposed last weekend, and the ring is the most beautiful ring I’ve ever seen. Working with Lauren was a delight, and the turnaround time between placing the order and having my ring in my fiancé’s hand was less than two weeks, event though we placed the order right before the holidays. I highly recommend Lauren and the whole Lauren B team! The service is wonderful, and their designs are modern yet classic, and truly original.

I came across Lauren B jewelry after searching sometime for the perfect engagement ring. I am very happy I did as I found exactly what I was looking for; the perfect diamond. I was curious as to how the process would be since I would be purchasing from out of state. I worked with Kathryn, was very nice and really helpful while I was deciding on a ring. I live in Houston and came across Lauren B on Instagram, instantly falling in love with their designs. My husband and I were interested in upgrading my engaging ring for our anniversary, so I contacted Lauren B regarding prices and such. Andrew emailed me right away and was completely professional, never pushy like some people can be. I was very surprised that the prices were so reasonable. We decided to go ahead with the purchasing process and it was all very easy and comfortable. Andrew sent my videos throughout the process so I could visualize everything. Within 3 weeks I had a stunning new ring (shipped overnight UPS) and cannot be more pleased. Andrew was a pleasure to work with, and I will definitely be using them again!

A wonderful experience. As with most, shopping for an engagement ring, can be a long process of trial and error. Sometimes, what you may be really looking for is the positive feeling that a jeweler can give you when you meet with them. Let’s face, you’ve already made up your mind and what’s left is the relationship that you will have between you and jeweler.
Out of all the places I had visited over the course of one year, walking into LBJ felt right. They were very welcoming, took the time to ask me questions, and provided options in a way that no other Jeweler had before — «respectfully.»

My fiancé Jason proposed on 11÷28÷15 at the Rockefeller Center skating rink and it was nothing short of amazing, down to the most beautiful, sparkly, oval-​cut engagement ring he purchased from Lauren B! Over the last year, I’ve been tagging him in @laurenbjewelry ‘s Instagram pictures, to really highlight what my dream ring would consist of: yellow gold, solitaire, round or oval cut diamond, on a micro-​pave band. And that’s exactly what I got! It is perfect! And the sparkle is just breath-​taking! I want to thank Lauren for working with Jason and being instrumental in helping design the ring of my dreams. He has had nothing but positive things to say about working with your business and for that, I am grateful.

I was proposed to yesterday December 1, 2015 it was nothing short of amazing I’m so very happy to be marrying my best friend, we went to Lauren b in the city a few months ago and together designed my dream ring! Lauren b was super accommodating and very professional! The store was so cute and had so many options to choose from! Anyone that knows me knows I have a true obsession with engagement rings — I think they are absolutely gorgeous and although I was married in November 2014, I still enjoy looking at rings. About two years ago I came across Lauren B on Instagram and instantly became a fan. Although I already had an engagement ring and wedding band, I still dreamt of getting my very own Lauren B engagement ring someday. I even went as far as to email Aric about certain designs and inquire about prices just to have an idea of what my dream ring would cost. Even though Aric knew I was just looking, not buying, he was never dismissive and always answered my questions. My husband knew about my pen pal, Aric and decided to contact him one day to surprise me with a Lauren B ring for our First Wedding Anniversary. He worked closely with Aric to choose the perfect design for my very unique oval canary diamond. Aric was knowledgeable, professional and responded to my husband’s emails within 24 hours, which was extremely important since we live in South Florida and are not near NYC by any means. Aric made it comfortable to purchase such an expensive piece online and sent my husband videos and pictures to make sure he was 100% comfortable with this purchase. Once my husband gave the clear, the ring was overnighted (insured of course) to us in South Florida. My husband surprised me on Thanksgiving and I can’t stop looking at my ring! The video, which is on Instagram, does not do this ring justice. The quality and craftsmanship is beyond measure and I look forward to buying other pieces from Lauren B in the future. Thank you to Aric and the amazing Lauren B team for making this girl one of the happiest girls in the world!

Wow what is there to say about Lauren B. After speaking with Aric today, I wish I could shout from the rooftops warning people to stay away from Lauren B. Yesterday, exactly one month to the day of my marriage, I found a diamond missing from my wedding band. Meanwhile, my Lauren B engagement ring is currently back with them being fixed for 2 missing diamonds (second time being repaired as I had to get it fixed before my wedding for a different missing diamond). Aric was extremely condescending, starting the conversation with «You know there’s more important things going on in the world than your missing diamond»…duh but you’re a jeweler making poor quality pieces. He then proceeded to tell me essentially, it is my fault the diamonds are missing, that I am wearing my ring «improperly» and repeatedly accused me of wearing while doing strenuous exercise, even though I said no, he said it sounded like I wasn’t telling him everything. I asked for a refund over and over but I got the same lines, and eventually Aric told me I should speak to my husband before being so persisting about a refund. How very disrespectful to speak to anyone that way, but to then insinuate 1) I hadn’t already spoken to my husband and 2) that its any of his business what goes on in my marriage is outlandish. I couldn’t be more disgusted with Lauren B. If you want a beautiful piece that you can only wear on «night’s out» (Aric’s suggestion) then shop here, if you want a ring that will stay in one piece longer than a month, go to a real jeweler.

I had the pleasure of working with Andrew at Lauren B. I contacted their business on an inquiry of a ring that I was interested in. Andrew promptly replied back that the ring that I was inquiring about was sold. He explained to me that, he could create the same ring and I could choose the stones I wanted. He asked about my budget so he could figure out what he could help me with. After 2 – 3 weeks of emailing and looking at the stones, we finally were set on the design and stones I wanted. After the final payment was made, Andrew told me that we’ll next day the ring to me. I was like? Wow, that’s pretty quick. My fiancé loves the ring. She said it looked like the ring of her dreams! I really appreciate all their help on getting this ring. I will definitely buy from them again because of the service I’ve gotten from them.

I live in California and have been following Lauren B on Instagram for a while. I casually emailed with Ruth a few times just to get an idea of their pricing. She was very helpful then and never dismissive, as at the time we were not actually ready to purchase anything. My then boyfriend, now Fiancé and I happened to be in NYC for a weekend and I asked Ruth if we could stop by to look at a few Sapphires.
I should let everyone know my Fiancé is a very conservative man and had originally said he would not make a purchase that large over the Internet. But, after meeting with Sarah and seeing how helpful and serious they were about the ring he quickly changed his mind. Throughout the entire process Ruth and her team were all very helpful and patient. Even after they sent over the final pictures I had a few questions and Ruth contacted me to let me know they were going to make some adjustments so they can insure I’m 100 percent happy with the ring right when I get it. The ring turned out so much more beautiful than I imagined and we couldn’t be happier with it.
I would definitely recommend working with Lauren B for any jewelry purchases!

I’m posting this way too late but I have to share how wonderful the Lauren B experience was with Aric. My now husband, then fiancé, worked with Aric to design my dream ring. Aric really proceed amazing support to my husband who had no idea of where to start and the end result was breathtaking.
Because of this great experience we went back to purchase our wedding bands and diamond earrings. In addition to that Aric worked with me to design another band that I really wanted to add to my collection.
Lauren B is our official jeweler and we couldn’t feel more special every time we work together.

When it was time to buy an engagement ring, I went to multiple jewelers throughout Manhattan, and overall couldn’t find anyone who could make exactly what I wanted. I was then shown the Lauren B Instagram account, and reached out. Lauren got back to me via email in a few hours, and I went into the store the next morning. Lauren did an excellent job explaining the diamond options within my price range (I listened to all of the information, trying to pick up anything further that I could from what I’ve read and been told at other jewelers). The pricing was just a hair below that of all the other jewelers I had seen. The jewelry itself is beautifully crafted.
Lauren had exactly what I wanted made, with the diamond I selected. I completed the rest of the transaction from Florida, and it couldn’t have gone smoother. I was sent videos, photos, and plenty of information before it was all mailed out. I was also followed up with to ensure satisfaction as a customer.
I wouldn’t change anything about the experience. Personable folks, who make absolutely gorgeous jewelry at a great price.

Like most of the guys out there, when it came to selecting an engagement ring, I had no idea what I was doing. I spent a few weeks looking across a broad selection from a variety of jewelers to familiarize myself and familiarize myself I did… with a lot of really tacky and gaudy rings. I didn’t come across anything that matched the image of what I had in my head as the ideal ring. Then I was referred to Lauren B.
All I can say is that after 1 visit, I found it. I had that a-​ha moment instantly and knew I was in the right place. The elegance and beauty of the rings definitely exceeded my expectations, but again, I still didn’t really know what I’m doing.
That’s where the service aspect kicked in. Lauren herself helped me through the process by really hearing me out on what I was looking for and she delivered on all fronts. She was fantastic to work with and made the process so easy and did a great job keeping my nerves in check. I felt super comfortable that with the fact that not only was I getting a superior quality ring, but that she really worked with me to maximize my budget.
As a follow-​up to the whole purchase process, my fiancé absolutely loved the ring and said she couldn’t have picked a more perfect one out herself. So a big thanks to Lauren B and the team at her shop. I couldn’t be happier with the ring and the experience.

Aric and the whole Lauren B team made my engagement ring shopping experience one of the most easiest and safest experiences via internet (Instagram to be exact). Being as we live in San Diego, California I was worried how the shopping experience was going to be as everything was going to be communicated through pictures and email… Aric made sure everything was going to get done the way I wanted, He sent me photos and videos of side by side comparisons of cushion cut loose diamonds to choose from. He was also great at giving his 2 cents on his expertise with which diamond would be best for the look and budget.
After numerous back and fourth emails we came up with a beautiful 2 carat cushion cut halo design with a triple sided diamond band which came out BEAUTIFUL! I was able to propose in August on top of the Eiffel tower at Le Jules Verne while the lights started twinkling! I continue to give praise to Aric and the people at Lauren B that this is the place to go to shop for an engaging ring of ANY budget! Aric, THANK YOU so much for creating such a memorable day for my Fiancé and I. I will definitely be coming back for more jewelry!

About a year or so ago a friends showed me their Instagram page and I just fell in love. I sent my now fiancé :) a screenshot of a ring that I was in love with. But after a while the reality began to sink in… They are all the way in New York and we live in Texas so I would never get a ring from there… Well apparently my fiancé contacted them and was working with Aric all the way from Texas for months to create my perfect ring.
Since I didn’t know that he was actually working with them I sent him like 20 different styles and he would call them up each time and tell them I changed my mind. They were very cool and patient with him. They created exactly what he told them. The entire process was great, he received pictures and video updates every step of the way… They were also very educational about the quality and sizes of the diamonds. Aric was very timely in responding to all of my fiancés questions. He paid on a Tuesday and the ring was in Texas on Wednesday morning as promised.
So do not be discouraged if they are all the way across the country they work with you every step of the way and make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. My ring is just perfect and the diamond couldn’t be more beautiful. It looked even better in person than the videos and pictures.
