Laundry Express III

Lovely laundromat, never crowded, clean… staff is friendly…29 cents dryers, free WiFi, tvs everywhere… oh and if you don’t have a laundry card no bathroom for you!!!

The manager/​owner is ridiculous. I had three incidents at this location. The one that annoyed me the most was when i brought in my child’s laundry for drop off service, provided them with new detergent and stain remover. I came to pick up my laundry, and I had to notify them asking why my detergent and stain remover was empty. The manager said, oh she probably used all of it on the ¼ load of laundry that you have. You should leave directions and only bring in the specific amount of laundry detergent and cleaning fluid so we don’t have a problem. I respond by saying excuse me? That doesn’t make sense. So I ask him to return the amount owed to me for the delinquent service. He in turn only gives me 10.00, when the prices are on the stain remover and detergent calculating to well over 20.00. I love the laundromat when they don’t try to screw me over and then blame you for dropping off your laundry. He swears he doesn’t do credits back to your card. Which would make sense due to the fact they don’t sell my detergent nor stain remover. He is just retarded and cheap.

One of the nicest laundromats I’ve been to in a long time. Conveniently located next to a Golden Krust, Family Dollar and Pathmark. You can put your clothes in the dryer and grab something to eat, go food shopping or even buy your laundry detergent, dryer sheets and anything else right next door.
The best part about this laundromat… Touch screen card machines.
No more looking for an ATM, withdrawing the money (plus the $ 3 fee) then loading it onto your laundry card. You can do it all right from the machine. Also, it remembers the name on your credit /​debit and the next time you use the machine it welcomes you personally.
Another plus is friendly staff. Mary was very attentive and willing to help in any way possible. She was even playing with some of the kids.
Oh and how could I forget the FREE WIFI!
Overall: I think I’ve found my new laundromat. See you guys next week!
