History
Established in 2004.
Robert Benevenga is an engineer by trade. Growing up in Italy his mother taught him everything she knew about cooking. Even today if you go to her house she is curing meets and jarring things picked from her small farm. Her recipes for our famous sauce and meatballs have been passed down to Robert. Taking his background in engineering and applying it to pizza with the knowledge of old school italian cooking from his mother has re-shapped the future of PIzza Making forever.
With the traditional strict rules of D.O.C. pizza being applied to the Margarita and Buffalina D.O.C. pizzas as well as new creations and experiments daily, the pizzas at L’asso are always getting better and making waves.
