We are the restaurant of the International Culinary Center, where culinary students prepare the meals. We specialize in high quality, seasonal cuisine at unbeatable prices. We also offer an extensive wine list, with over 250 selections, as well as specialty cocktails and craft beers.
History
Established in 1984.
We started serving meals the same year The French Culinary Institute, now the International Culinary Center, opened its doors.
Meet the Manager
JOE S.
Manager
L’Ecole welcomed Joseph Scalice as our new General Manager in early 2014. Joe co-owned the highly-regarded March Restaurant for 17 years. Touted as a Master of American Dining Room Service and winner of 16 consecutive Wine Spectators Awards, he’s a James Beard Wine Service Award nominee and has served on the Board and as Vice President of the Sommelier Society of America.
