History

Established in 1991.

The firm was established in 1991 by Harvey Knopman. In 2015, Brian Marks became a named partner at the firm.

Our approach at Knopman Marks is to guide students from the moment they receive our study materials until they successfully pass their required exams. This begins with a personal introduction and the contact information of their instructor. Students receive regular email follow-​ups on their reading, practice exams, and overall study progress. This proactive approach is the basis for our partnership with our students, encouraging them to ask questions, receive guidance, and remain focused and accountable.

Knopman Marks students are not on their own as they prepare for their license exams; we are with them every step of the way.

With over forty years of domestic and international securities training and development experience, Mr. Knopman has designed and executed a broad range of training programs. He has delivered training programs on five continents and prepared over 100,000 students for various licensing examinations, 95% of whom passed on their first attempt.

As the longest tenured instructor in the industry, Mr. Knopman’s knowledge and expertise have made him a leader in his field and gained him the respect of training professionals and clients alike. He has used these well-​honed skills not only to meet, but to exceed clients’ and students’ expectations. The firm Mr. Knopman created has flourished and grown over the past 24 years under his direction. Mr. Knopman has been at the forefront of a unique and attentive training company that is committed to making sure every client and student receives the utmost service and instruction.
