Excellent service! Rafael came and help my wife out with choosing her first helmet. He definitely knows his stuff and willing to let her try out different helmet and make sure she get the right size, very knowledgeable and friendly. Although we didn’t end up purchasing one but we learn alot about gears and would definitely coming back in the future.

I could research forums all day and never get the type of info I got in person from Rafael. The man is extremely professional and just an all around cool dude. Help me out a lot with purchasing my first helmet. AND I JUST CAME TO LOOK! All in all a smooth experience and I will be purchasing what I need from there in the future when I can.

I’m new to the biking world and needed some gear (helmet, jacket, lock, etc). Shopping at Klutch NYC was a great experience. The owner is patient, friendly and knowledgeable and he spent as much time with me as I needed, giving me great recommendations and advice. I wanted a helmet in a different color than he had in stock, so he ordered it and it was there the next day. Even the prices are good — which surprised me given the personalized service and Manhattan location. I confess that I tend to be critical by nature yet I have only good things to say about Klutch.

Nothing but positive things to say about this shop and it’s owner. Picked up a pilar of gloves and going to pick up a jacket too. One of the few places that I know of that carry Taichi gear which seem to fit me like a glove. Greatest find in my new hood.

Great shop to pick up riding gear/​apparel. I went in looking for some gloves, guy that helped me out was super friendly. He gave me the rundown on the finer points of a few different pairs and didnt try and push anything I didnt want.
I’ll definitely be back, definitely nice having a brick and mortar shop to go in, get advice, and be able to try things on.
