Kevin W. Jones represents both individuals and organizations in all aspects of U.S. immigration law. Our practice areas include nonimmigrant visas (H, J, O, P and Q visas), employment-​based immigrant visas (PERM, EB-​1, and National Interest Waivers), asylum, removal proceedings, federal court litigation, consular processing and family-​based immigration. Our diverse clientele come from every region of the world and include physicians, artists, fashion designers, musicians, and creative advertising professionals. We represent clients nationally and internationally.

Our attorneys and staff are multilingual and can accommodate clients in Spanish, French, and Italian. We are available to represent clients at U.S. consulates abroad.

Business Owner

Kevin W. Jones has been practicing immigration law since 1996 during which time he has represented individuals and organizations in a wide array of immigration cases.

Kevin is a graduate of Binghamton University and Pace University School of Law where he was a member of the Pace Law Review. He served in the United States Air Force, where he graduated from the U.S. military’s prestigious Defense Language Institute, and in the Army National Guard.

Kevin is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts.
