This is a traditional shoe store where they can measure your foot, where the guy who owns the store is also the proprietor and salesman, where the store has been in the family for many years. You really feel appreciated when you buy here, and I’m happy to support a neighborhood business. They also happen to carry my favorite walking shoe, made by Rockport. You can probably get it cheaper on line, but the prices are very reasonable for a full-​service shoe store.
