I was very lucky to find this office through my future husband and I can’t say enough of good things about Dr. Mark and his staff, especially the teeth cleaning specialist Feng Sherri Hsiu. She’s absolutely wonderful. She is a very hard core, very thorough, very knowledgeable professional who will perform beyond her duties and would provide advice on how to maintain your teeth, what to do on your own, etc., etc., etc. I’ve had her for the last three years and I’ve been very impressed over and over by her work. The staff of this office, in general, is very caring and follows through on all the inquiries and advice. I would strongly recommend this office!

Dr. Marks is a great Dentist. I had three implants done at the same time, and he was attentive to where I was not only comfortable, but relaxed. I never experienced pain or discomfort. He consulted me to a comfort level and the procedure was flawless. His office is highly recommended by me.

Dr. Joel Mark and all of the staff here are absolutely amazing. I just got out of my appointment with Patricia and she was very caring and had great bedside manner. Patricia was the absolute best and really took the time to explain what was going on and what I need to do in the future to improve my dental hygiene. Actually looking forward to my next visit in six months, I don’t think I’ve ever said that before about the dentist.

Dr. Marks and his staff are the most professional and kind people I know. They take their time to talk to you and take care of your teeth.
You can’t go wrong with picking him as your dentist.

Everyone is so nice and love their job yes at a dentist office. Was last there April fools day and the girls in the office had me play like I passed out… Great sense of humor.
I not once had an issue they couldn’t fix and right away. They are located in Rye as well.
Cleaning, surgery check ups they have it all in one place.

LOVE this office! After an awful experience at a prior NYC dentist, I didn’t see a dentist for years. Then Dr Mark’s office came on Unilocal and I’m SO GLAD I tried it!
Dr Mark’s office has the most SPECTACULAR staff– honestly I’ve gotten many cleanings now and even a small cavity filled (in less than 20 min, pain free!)…yet I get excited to go back each time (honestly). They are a breath of fresh air– down to earth, funny, engaging staff. I’ve seen Dr Orlin, Dr Mark and Feng for cleanings –all EXCELLENT.
THANK YOU to this office for making dental work positive for me again. I’ll continue to recommend this place over and over again. They are the best! Also– no waits –they are mostly Type A-​ers and don’t want to wait around themselves, so get there early or on time and they will get you in/​out quickly!

I’ll admit it — I hadn’t been to the dentist for two years. I had a great excuse — I was in business school and had no time, money, or dental insurance! Now that I’m back in NYC and gainfully employed like a responsible adult, I figured it was time to do my duty.
Dr. Mark and Dr. Orlin (a member of Dr. Mark’s practice) were not only extremely professional, but also as respectful of my time and flexible with their scheduling as possible. I’m an early morning appointment kinda gal — and I was able to handle my checkup as well as my followup visits between the hours of 7:30 and 8:30am every time.
Scheduling was never a challenge, I never had to wait for my appointment once I arrived and I always had an overall pleasant experience. The dentists at Dr. Mark’s office minimize discomfort in every way possible and are extremely efficient with their time.
I’ve found a place that I won’t wait another two years to return to and I highly recommend the practice to others!

I can’t remember when I started going to Dr. Mark for my dental care. I do, however, remember what brought me to his office that is conveniently located near work. I had an awful toothache that was misdiagnosed by my dentist at the time as a case of sensitive teeth on a weekend. When I came back to work the following Monday, I called up the office, explained to them what my symptoms were, and was promptly offered an appointment later that morning. As it turned out, I needed a root canal. Unilocalers, if you need a root canal, you need to come see Dr. Mark and the endodontist, Dr. Reddy (not sure if she’s still there, though). I’ve heard root canal stories from friends, but my trip down root canal lane was pretty smooth sailing.
