Dr. Pandich is one reason I don’t fear the dentist anymore. In addition, I feel as if she treats her patients as intelligent people — if you ask a question, she doesn’t try to avoid it. She answers it honestly and gives the patient many options. I also got the sense that she really loves her work. This is a rare quality in many professions, and I would think it’s pretty rare in a profession that involves peering into people’s smelly mouths all day long. In addition, her office is extremely clean and I had a great experience with her friendly and competent office staff. Patients get a panoramic view of New York City during dental cleanings. I liked this dentist so much that even though I spend only summers and occasional weekends in NY, I will make the trip especially to see her. I am also a big fan of the flavored toothpaste.

This lovely lady is a miracle worker. If you only read one line of my review, let it be that. I have an extremely irrational fear of the dentist… so much so that I put off going for about 9 years. This, in turn, lead to darkened teeth, many stained prior fillings, and a smile that I often hid! Combined with my insane fear, Dr. Pandich had her work cut out for her… I needed more dental work than I am willing to admit on a public forum! She is extremely gentle, kind and caring. She takes pride in her work and is extremely professional. She understood my fears and let me take as many breaks as I needed through out the entire experience. After 3 months of hard work I am happy to report that I have an AMAZING smile, healthy teeth, and a more healthy relationship with the dentist! Since finding this amazing doctor, I will not be waiting 9 years for my next appointment.

I don’t usually write reviews but I’m so glad to have found an amazing & super competent dentist & her office is easy to get to … right near Bryant Park/​5^th. My teeth are now sparkly white… Very very happy:))

After a recent visit to Concerned Dental Care in Midtown (I was a cheapo and purchased a Lifebboker coupon for them) I now understand what TREASURE Dr. Pandich is!
Highly professional, only uses clean new equipment, careful and thoughtful… basically everything you’d wish your dentist to be!
I had a thorough cleaning and also whitened my teeth last April. the BEST my teeth ever looked!

Dr. Pandich is a very caring and professional dentist. She pays excellent attention to detail and is quite personable. I had a cleaning and teeth whitening with her for the first time. She does the cleaning herself, not a dental hygienist. The cleaning was gentle, thorough and painless. The teeth whitening performed was utterly painless and actually quite pleasant. The results were fantastic!
She is definitely a straight shooter when it comes to your dental needs. She tells you exactly what is and is not needed, plus what to expect. There is no scare mongering here, no convincing of unnecessary procedures or lofty promises, which is much appreciated. You are treated like a competent adult and given the needed accurate information to make your own decisions about your care.
Her office is very clean, neat and lovely. And you get a fabulous view of the city while you are in the dentist chair. She is also quite accommodating appointment wise and offers to send you multiple reminders right to your email address.
If you are looking for a great dentist in NYC, who is professional, competent, and gentle (i.e. does her best to make the patient comfortable and experience minimal amount of pain) I definitely recommend Dr. Pandich.

I went to dr pandich for invisaline and it has been a great experience. she works very precisely, thoughtfully and her office is spotless. she had to extract a tooth and it was no joke a breeze. i was super nervous but she really but me at ease and talked me through the whole thing.

Dr. Pandich is absolutely fantastic and without a doubt the best dentist I have ever gone to. The days of fearing those twice a year visits are gone. Normally I would put a pros and cons list down, but to be honest, I don’t have a single negative thing to say about her, her practice or my overall experience.
She is gentle, will let you know what is going on when she is doing it, and she’s one of those super smart people who you trust because you know that she will take care of you.
Dr. Pandich cares about her patients and their schedules. She works late hours and on weekends to make sure that you can come in without it interrupting your life. She’s also really quick to respond to emails if you have questions or concerns, and she will always send email reminders for upcoming appointments.
I’ve referred more than one person to her, and everybody loves her. You can’t go wrong. I’ve also had teeth whitening with her, and she did a fantastic job. No complaints. It didn’t hurt like other places, and a year later my teeth are still white.
Overall, she’s just a really good person who is a fantastic and caring dentist.
Oh, and she has flavored toothpaste for cleanings :).
