Meet the Business Owner
Anne J.
Business Owner
Dr. Anne Jeffres is the Founder and Director of the Jeffres Acupuncture Center. She is Nationally Board Certified in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine (NCCAOM) and has been a practitioner of Acupuncture and Chinese medicine since 1994. Her focus in practice is in integrating healing and wellness of both physical and emotional conditions, and practices a range of acupuncture and Chinese herbal styles, including Worsley 5 Element acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
Anne also currently works as an acupuncturist and research scientist at Columbia University, where she works in breast cancer research. In addition, Anne frequently guest lectures about acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine at several schools across the US, is a member of the Examination Development Committee for the NCCAOM and has formerly served as the Chair of the Herbology Department and Associate Dean at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in NYC.
