Unfortunately, Unilocal always tries to hide bad reviews so people do not see what Jay is really about. He painted the Bumper of my 07 Range rover. The worst job I have ever seen, also painted my rims black with some cheap paint. He says if you are not happy with work, do not pay, but he has his son come by as soon as he is almost done to threatening you. I paid 350 to get the job redone at a real shop. I paid Jay 340 of which after threatening to write a bad review, he refunded me 170. So I lost $ 170 and a day with this fraud. After seeing this work that looks like a 5 year old did it (too much filling, really rough, very dull paint job) I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT THESE GOOD REVIEWS ARE BOGUS!

I purchased a car with a small dent in the front right side quarter panel, he did awesome work and now it looks like the dent was never there. he does great work and is an absolute gentleman.

My car had big dents in the front and at back. The door couldn’t open all the way because of that. They came to my place, fixed the dents, made the door open and painted for me with very good price. They also fixed one smaller dent that we didn’t cover in the previous emails with no extra charge. Good job, good price and save you a lot of time since they come to you! I will definitely ask them for help again next time when I need my car fixed~

Horrible! Stay away! Worst body work I have ever seen! I had front end damage from an accident and I needed my car fixed ASAP but didn’t have the money to spend thousands at an auto body shop. I found Jay on Craigslist & saw these other reviews so I thought I was making a good choice. Wrong! He used a bunch of sheet rock screws to put my bumper together, lined up my fender wrong & did a shitty job with the paint. So now I have a huge gaping hole between my headlight & my fender & my bumper & my paint job sucks. He made me hate a car I used to love. The important thing is that mechanically it still runs but I’m definitely getting rid of it now & am getting something new. Never again!

Jay is a Great! guy called him and he squeezed me in so he came all the way to NJ. I had all different quotes and Jay’s was the best. My wife damaged the front bumper of my BMW (LOL) Jay right away went to work and no problem restoring it back to new. Since he was here he also gave a quote which was good for my sons car in which he will be asking Jay to fix it in the future. Highly Recommend Jays Autowork. Also he is fun guy to talk to while he does the work… Another great thing since he is Mobile he comes to you.

My wife got a brand new car last month. Some inconsiderate jerk drove into the bumper at her office and didn’t even leave a note. The bumper was severely dented in and had a crack as well. I called around a few body shops for estimates and received quotes from $ 500 — $ 1000, a bit out of my price range. As a result I decided to see if there was anyone reasonable priced on Craigslist. I sent out a few e-​mails. I received responses that had glaring misspellings, so those were out.
Then I received quotes from $ 200 — $ 400. Being a skeptic I wanted to know if these people could provide references, after all, I don’t know them and this is Craigslist. Jay was the only one who was able to do so. He provides a mobile service, where he can come to you. In addition, he also has a body shop in Brooklyn, so this is not just some guy working out of his car, Jay is a professional.
Jay came to my house and did the work. He did the entire job consisting of removing the dent, fixing the cracked bumper, realigning the bumper on the car and painting the bumper for only $ 275.00. It took all of three hours. I wasn’t expecting the work to be as good as it came out, for the price he charged. I was amazed that the bumper looks as good as new! I will definitely use Jay again and recommend his work to others.

My side mirror and trim got knocked off because a lady lost control of her breaks. I wasn’t there and she left no information, you have to love how considerate New Yorkers are. Anywho, let’s just say I was pissed and I needed this fixed fast before I started stressing. I called up Jay, he came the next day, was done in under an hour and at a decent price! If you need something done quickly and at a decent price, give Jay a call.

Had them come out to fix my GF’S car (I broke long story LOL), really easy they came to me. I didn’t have to do anything, I went and got lunch for an hour and came back and they were done. Easy would recommend!
