My passport got lost in the mail. I had to cancel my trip. They were extremely rude about it. Terrible customer service! And it’s ironic because that’s all they talk about while you hold online to talk to someone.

Website advertises that they can do Urgent and Emergency Brazilian visas. But the time frame is the same 16 – 24 days. You can go directly thru the consulate and get one in 21 days. The information on the website is misleading.

I had an unfortunate encounter with ItsEasy today and came away with this: unless you enjoy being treated with disdain, there is no need for you to use ItsEasy Passport for a passport renewal. The New York Passport Agency at 376 Hudson street does much better job at renewing passports: cheaper, faster, more efficient and very professionally.

I would give It’s Easy Passport & Visa Services zero stars if possible. I requested a Brazilian Visa in July non-​rush. We aren’t going until January, but just renewed our Passport’s.
What was my fault: We had just renewed our Passports and sent them in without signing them.
What was It’s Easy’s fault: I was advised our Visa would take about 30 days, so mid August when they didn’t show up, I called. I was told the were at the embassy and would be another week. In September our Passports were returned without the Visa’s. When I asked why It’s Easy said because they needed to be signed and it would be an additional 30 to 45 days for processing.
So all the paperwork we did was clearly never checked or this would have been identified in July. When I asked why they didn’t advise me of this, I was told: «It is not their process».
Read the It’s Easy ads. They do not do anything but forward your information on and charge a significant fee to do it. There are much better services out there.
There are some good reviews, the only thing I can say about that is: Every once in a while even a blind squirrel finds an acorn.

The night before leaving for Germany on a family vacation, the airline wouldn’t check me in. When I looked at my passport I realized it was because I only had 2 months remaining before the expiration and Germany requires 3 months. I got over to ItsEasy first thing in the morning (because the Passport Agency in New York had no appointments available and you can’t do anything there without an appointment.) They have standing appts (I guess) at the agencies in other cities that are reachable within a days time. So a man went off to CT with my passport and returned promptly at 5pm, just in time for me to run to the subway/​airtrain and make my 7:30 flight (SAME DAY!!!) with my family. Thanks ItsEasy.

I need a Chinese visa and they took care of it. Quickly. I asked a friend if they knew of a good company that provided passport renewal and visa services and she told me about Its Easy. It was a great hook up. I wish I would have used them for my Brazilian Visa because it is totally worth it to pay a few extra bucks and not have to spend all the time. I am very happy with service. If I am lucky enough to travel somewhere else I will use them.

If I could give more stars I would I have. I have been working with it’s easy for the better part of 8 years, and they are nothing less than AMAZING. I am an executive assistant to a VERY important CEO and they are the ONLY service I trust. My liaison was Sophia Allen, and she calmed every nervous nerve that I had. She assured me that everything would be delivered on time, and everything would be taken care of. They truly made me the super hero for the day! I recommend them to ANYONE who supports ANYONE when you need it done FAST and correctly. I was renewing passports, but all of their visa work is amazing as well. They have an app that is FREE and you can take your picture for your passport wherever you are and it automatically uploads to your order, no muss no fuss. Amazing work by these amazing people.

Bad service, blame-​the-​customer attitude, very disappointed. Expensive for nothing. Will never use it again and will tell all my friends to avoid this company.

I needed to get a Visa within a week of my travels and I thought I needed to use this service. They told me it would take at least 20 – 25 days even with expedited service. I went to the consulate and got it done in 2 days. 5 days is normal. You need to make an appointment but it was quick and easy. This service offers absolutely no value if you live in a city with a consulate. If you do need to use a service like this, do not pay for the expedited service.

They messed up my entire visa process, didn’t tell me about it until too late and worst of all, they wouldn’t refund money or answer my phone calls.
Disrespectful staff and major lack of responsibility.

They have saved my hiney a few times when I traveled internationally and realized (too late) that I needed a visa. Truly truly amazing visa expeditors. I’ve also used them for relatives in FL, and their process is straightforward and things get done quickly!

I give it a negative 10 stars!!! if they had one. Service posted online non– rush visa $ 69 rush $ 129 and urgent rush $ 169. Call them for a Brazilian visa with 16 days to flight and quoted me as special service $ 375 plus visa cost $ 160. These guys think I am an idiot. I went straight to embassy and was told to come get my visa next week cost $ 160. These guys are crooks, untrustworthy and think they are slick. $ 375 for 2 hours of work, are you kidding me? I am lazy but not an idiot.

Terrible customer service. I paid ~$ 400 to get the passport within 3 – 5 days. It has now been TWELVE days and I do not have my passport — nor do I know where it is.
If you are in a hurry and urgently need your passport back, I’d recommend using a different service.

They refunded the difference between the 24−48hr service and the 3 – 5 day service. Unfortunately, they wouldn’t refund the whole amount.
I wouldn’t have used ItsEasy, if they couldnt get the passport to me within the time frame I was ensured. My only rush was due to this funeral, otherwise I could have waited normal passport processing times. If the management heard what I was told over the phone by the two different staff members that day, he would have been forced to give me a full refund.
Oh well, thats the end of that. at least they gave some sort of a refund.

I paid out the ass for it, but I got my Passport with 3 days to spare.
Leave it to me to wait until the last minute for everything. SOOOO glad I found these guys, and everything went SUPER smooth.

I was a bit hesitant to use an online service but heck I did it and it went without a hitch. I paid for the Urgent visa service (to go to Brazil) and while it took 2 weeks to complete, today I received my passport/​visa by fedex as promised/​tracked on the website. I did not talk to a human being which was kind of strange but I guess that was a good thing because no one asked any questions. It should be noted that you do a lot of the work — getting your docs/​pics and filling in your own app to the consulate online… but again, once it was all done the follow up fell on these guys and they came through. Would I use them again? Certainly.

Short Version:
–We got our visas
–Their automated system let us know if there was a problem.
–They do not give you enough information to make accurate time-​sensitive decisions.
–Their communication is extremely poor all around (Chat, Phone, and e-​mail).
–We have felt stressed, disconcerted, and disappointed in/​with their service.
Long Version:
We needed two Visas and received a high recommendation. This company does well as long as there is nothing that requires you to interact with them and you have plenty of time (by plenty, I mean 2+ months before your trip).
They notified me of a problem and needed additional documents (and they mentioned which ones), which was fine, but when I tried to call them (because I wanted to explain our flight itinerary so that it would make more sense.) I was on hold for 45 minutes (straight-​to-​hold, no initial rep.) and gave up.
I then sent an e-​mail with the explanation and additional documents with no response. I had to re-​submit and ask for confirmation that they received the documents before they sent me any confirmation.
Their website still indicated there was the next evening and so I contacted chat support. They said there was still a problem with my visa and they needed me to send [the same documents] again. So I did, but got no confirmation from them. I sent another e-​mail asking for more information the next day and expressed my concern, but got no answer, however by the time they updated the website.
We were in New York, their service is in New York, and the consulate is in New York, so we purchased ground shipping, which takes only take 1 day to get there, and a return label of the same. However, upon completion of the visa process, «Surprise! It’s coming from California!» At no point were we notified or lead to believe it would come from anyplace other than New York. Why would it? I asked them by e-​mail and via their web form for an explanation before coming here, but they did not respond.
So instead of giving us a week to make sure things were correct and in-​order, we will have less than 24 hours to do so. I sure hope that everything arrives in good order and that there are no delays.
Working with Itseasy has been anything but. It’s been stressful and the lack of communication has been disconcerting. They have not responded to me and I feel like I have given them a fair chance for something as weighty and time sensitive as travel documents.

It’s A Joke. Don’t use this company unless you want to pay for expedited services. I gave them 46 days to get me my passport back and what was claimed to be an 8 – 10 day process took 42 days and I almost missed my flight.

Clutch!
I needed a last minute rush Visa to India. I came in on a Monday. And despite the Indian consulate being closed on Wednesday and in general being backlogged of thousands of visas since the a transition with Visa outsourcing companies this summer, I had my Visa in hand on Friday.
Rush visas to India at this present time take at the very minimum 5 – 7 business days due to the conditions I mentioned above. It’s Easy ensured my application was perfect before submission, and they reassured me that they would do everything they can to make sure I had it before my flight (which was on Saturday). The head of the office (I think his name is David) handled my urgent situation and promised they would get it in. He delivered! They are very clear with what they can and what they can not deliver, and I appreciated that.
Overall, I recommend applying for any visa or passport well in advance of when you think you might need it, but if you’re in a bind like I was, do use these guys. Specifically speak to David if you can — I found him having the most conviction and certainty, and he can probably guide you on a case by case basis. For me, he worked a miracle.

LOVE this place. I go here for Visa needs except for Saudi Arabia visas, that you go to another place for, but I digress.
If you’re like me and don’t have the time or the want to stand in line at the embassy of the country you are trying to get a visa for, bring it here. For a nominal fee you can have your visa anywhere from a day to 3 days. I don’t think I’ve ever waited more than 3 days for any of my visas. I’ve used them for visas to India, Bhutan, Russia, various countries in South America, Africa and Australia.
If you call their 800 number, the customer service people on the phone are very thorough and easy to work with. They are honest about their turn around time too. The best is that you can pay for the fees online with your cc on their website! That alone is major brownie points for me.
