Very happy with the service here. Went in with shattered iPhone 5s screen and was impressed with their ability to quickly and accurately discern the condition of my phone before getting to work on the screen. I also liked the free bags of chips & bottles of water while I waited with my son, though it was over all-​too-​soon due to their quick work! All this and they had a good deal going between the Unilocal offer and their check-​in discount. They prefer cash, and there is a Citibank just a couple doors down (though I didn’t get a physical receipt when I paid cash, but for me it didn’t matter). In the end I also got a tempered glass screen protector for $ 10, but overall it was still less than other guys offering the same service, and now I feel pretty secure about letting my kids use the phone again. Plus it was fun to be in Korea town. Recommended.

Excellent. My iPad 3 screen was broken for a while. I decided to get it repaired. I searched online and also emailed a few iPad repair shops for quote. I got the best price here. It was also a very nice experience. I called them, confirmed the price, came and dropped my iPad. Since it takes 3 hours I just called the next day to confirm if the screen was repaired. It was and I came and collected. No hassle. The work is great and the iPad screen now looks like new. Great job.

This little shop truly deserves my 5 stars! I dropped my iPhone 6 and broke its screen on Sat afternoon around 5:40 and amazing got a new screen installed and walked out the store by 6:20. Yang was very professional and yet personal. He not only fix the broken screen, gave us chips and beverage while we waited, and he even ran out of the store and gave us freebies since I am a returning customer. Everything I expect from a great customer service and left nothing more to desire. They also have another store at 41st & Broadway.
The new screen is perfect and I continue to enjoy my phone the same.

This place is fantastic, if a bit confusing to get to. Having seen their ads on the corner of 31st and Broadway, I went in with a broken screen and busted LCD. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional, said straight up what the problem was, what it would cost, how long it would take (15 min), and how else they could fix my phone to guard against breakage in the future. I sat in their small lounge area, and maybe 8 minutes later my phone was ready and was good as new!
I really lucked into finding the place with the best reputation and 5 star reviews, and will definitely return here again if needed.

smashed my phone on friday and got it fixed on saturday. the team there was super quick and polite and very informative. could be a little more efficient, but i was just in a rush. so could be me.
he pointed out a few things about my phone and suggestions i could do, ie no more phone in back pocket since i’ve bent it. they also have a great promo where you get a new tempered glass cover with life time guarantee if you do an honest review. which this is. thanks guys!

Great customer service! I stopped by this store a day after my screen cracked.
I always dreaded going to iPhone repairs shops and didn’t trust their prices cause a screen on eBay is always much cheaper. But since I rely so much on my phone with work I didn’t have the time to order online and do everything myself. so I took my phone in to have it repaired– surprisingly service was great. They didn’t push me to do more than I needed and price was extremely fair. They repaired my screen right there and then. I was in and out in no time.

Tucked away in the middle of Korea town, is a really accommodating electronic repair store.
The prices are super reasonable and the service is quick.
I stopped in to have my iPhone 6 repaired and in just 25 minutes it was done. I couldn’t ask for quicker better service than this.
I highly recommend this repair store. They also have cute phone cases and glass protection for your phones. And if you don’t want to leave and come back they have couches there for your convenience.

Definitely a quick & professional service in the middle of the city! (Right above the H mart grocery store in K town) Got my iPhone 6’s shattered front glass replaced in about 20 mins. I went for a quick shopping around the neighborhood and it was done. Paid $ 109 in cash. Could have used the Unilocal deal ($ 5 for $ 10) but I forgot: p, yet the crew there offered me a rubber protective case for free. He also gave a quick review about my phone’s condition, and made sure that my phone was healthy overall. A great little place.

These guys destroyed my phone. Got my screen replaced (iPhone 5), receiver started fading out after a month– went to apple store and they reminded me why I SHOULDN’T go to a third party to get my screen fixed. A month later, the glass started to pop out. Save time and money even if you get a groupon, it’ll cost you more in the end.

Amazing iPhone repair service with a good price. Had a very damage iPhone 6 Plus repaired within 20 mins. Barely waited and my broken iPhone screen was repaired. They have an very cozy waiting room with a tv. Felt like I was at home watching tv on my couch. Definitely recommend to anybody with a broken iPhone that needs to be repaired. They even gave me a free tempered glass! They were super friendly and explained everything to me, even showed me how to protect my phone better and fixed all the bents and dents my phone free of charge.

DEMOLISHED my phone — front screen was just, sad. Parts of it were gone and my LCD was done for. Plus I couldn’t use it AT ALL.
From word of mouth through a coworker, I visited this location in KTown (very easy to find by the way) and they took a look immediately and explained everything possible, the price, and how long it’d take. He got to work right away on my phone and it seriously only took like 20 to 30 minutes to finish.
If you have nothing to do for a brief half hour like I did, they even have a TV and huge couch that you can chill on while you wait.
They’re super kind, efficient, professional, and very knowledgeable.

Couldn’t have gotten better help and service. I went to one guy in FIDI and the d*ck took one of my screws in my iPhone (which I found out later when I went to…). The next guy I went to was near 38th I think near Madison. He completely and utterly messed up my phone, where after 3 weeks it started to come undone and the screen display had a blue color with bars, prohibiting me from using the screen.
Finally, went here and they performed a quick and free diagnostic and now it’s almost brand new.

I came here yesterday and Andy was really helpful! I didn’t crack my iPhone 6 screen, but I did crack the LCD and he said that was more expensive. However, for $ 130 (because I also applied the $ 5 for $ 10 Unilocal deal) he fixed the LCD and gave me a FREE tempered glass screen. He’s super friendly and service was very quick! I think it took 15 – 20 minutes. This is the second time I had to fix my screen in the past month from dropping it, which is a very costly mistake. Andy told me it’s because my screen was a hard case, and that if I switched to a soft case, it wouldn’t be much of a problem again. I just bought a different case, hopefully he’s right!
Tip: Pay in cash so it’s cheaper!

Very reliable service. I was scheduled for a battery replacement on an iPhone5. Unfortunately, they were out of stock of specific batteries for a couple hours. Since I couldn’t drop my phone for the day, they offer me a on-​site service the following day as an apology :-)

Had excellent service at this repair shop
Paid $ 70 (with a Groupon) for repairing my iPhone 5 screen which was completely scattered.
Process was fast, 30 minutes. Customer service was also very nice and helpful to do business with, no negative comments at all.
Highly recommend this store for repairs, can’t get a better deal anywhere else
