Not too sure when the intoxicating flavors come in, but they never did.
3 cupcakes for $ 5…3 bite sized cupcakes for $ 5 that should have tasted like Champagne, Margarita and a Mudslide, but only tasted like vanilla and chocolate cupcakes. At least the cake itself was moist and did taste good, but I was buying it for the «intoxicated» flavors.
Big disappointment, big let down, crossing this off my list.

These guys were at the Unilocal SNOW BALL 2010!!! YES YES YES!!!
Not only is it a brilliant idea to mix alcohol & sweets, they execute it to a precise brilliance! I had the Almond Roca Cupcake. Seriously? NO… SERIOUSLY??? It was so delectably rich in an amazing way… Just melted in my mouth… with a warm kick of the liquor…
Wish these guys have their own bakery soon… Would be a brilliant brought in sweet for a party or maybe a funky wedding…

*sings* Heaven! I’m in Heaven!!!
I tried these at the Unilocal Snow Ball and was blown away! Some of the best cupcakes I’ve ever eaten in my life, particularly the Whiskey Ginger. I nearly cried it was so good!
I just wish they had an actual store!!! And prices listed on their website! If they did I would have given my coveted 5-star rating. SO GOOD!

Tried these cupcakitas at the Unilocal Snow Ball! and enjoyed about half of them.
I liked the ginger one the best with the amaretto almond and car bomb coming in tied for second followed by the margarita mini-cupcake.
I missed out on the champagne bite but will have to try it someday.
Hope to try them again at either another party or a local storefront sometime.

Too bad no storefront. But tried it at my first Unilocal event. Margarita was my favorite one. Sampled the ginger and baileys too. But something for everyone –a hint of cocktail flavor. What’s not to love? You can have as many as you want without being drunk.

I found a new love, cocktail inspired cupcakes. They are little bites of heaven that have just the right balance of alcohol and cake. This was the highlight of my night at the Unilocal snowball event. I had the carbomb and the amaretto cupcakes and they were just divine. It’s like a party in my mouth, booze and cake dancing together on my tongue. Yummmmm.
I hope they become available at stores soon.
