This hidden little treasure shocked me. I’ve had many massages in many places all over the world and this is by far one of the best I’ve ever gotten. Both my boyfriend and I were very happy with the massage therapist, the cleanliness and punctuality. Our massages were not cut short like I’ve experienced in many other places. We both were happy with the customized pressure they applied Very highly recommend this place.

I came here about a year ago because of a Groupon purchase. Another girl and I waited outside a while because they didn’t have a receptionist. When we finally were let in, I had the worst massage I’ve ever had. She hurt me so much I considered visiting a doctor. I can’t imagine she was licensed. It was so painful during and after. Buyer beware, most times you get what you pay for.

In Spa is by far the best Spa on Staten Island. As soon as you walk in you are welcomed by a warm calming atmosphere and the wonderful owners Winnie and Frank. I always get a 1 hour massage and 1 hour facial for $ 99, that is a price you cannot beat! Any other spa would charge $ 250+ for this service. I have had Frank and Winnie both administer the service, and they are both fantastic but because I prefer a firmer massage, I choose Frank. The one hour massage is always one full hour and sometimes a little bit more, they do not cut you short like some other spas. It is truly a full body massage from head to toe, Frank detects all of the problem areas and works them out gently or with pressure depending on the specific issue. They are both very skilled in the art of massage, and will take care of all of your massage needs. For the 1 hour facial, they use all Collin products which work very well for my skin type and leave my skin feeling clean, refreshed and moisturized. Frank is the master of extractions! I myself have very oily acne prone skin and he is able to extract all of debris clogging my pores gently, without causing me pain like I’ve experienced at other spas. They end the facial with a calming mask that stays on for 15 – 20 minutes and during this time you are massaged more. I HIGHLY recommend In Spa for their kind staff, their amazing prices, and their expertise!

At first I was skeptical about this place just because I’ve never had a massage done before. I saw a deal in groupon so My friend and I decided to give it a try. We didn’t purchase the deal in groupon coz we wanted the hot stone massage which didnt include in the app so we just set the appointment and went.
The massage was awesome the guy knew what he was doing, and even if he was a man (which first made me really uneasy) he was very professional, not a moment that made me feel violated in anyway.
Place was/​is clean as well.
I recommend this place and will be going back soon.

Came here with a groupon and had a really great experience. The place is new and very clean. Has a great moody, dim and tranquil atmosphere. Very zen.
Massage was really good. My masseur asked me how much pressure I wanted and was very pleased with the result. Felt leaving great!

Winnie has great gentle hands for giving one of the best relaxing massage I have ever experience :) the facial and micro dermabrasion facial I received here in two occasions were very good. Winnie recommended some products to incorporate into my daily beauty régime with out being pushy :) Major plus!
Pro: Great place to get a facial and AMAZING massage here in the Island. Clean and neat rooms. Relaxing atmosphere.
Cons: I don’t think this place is handicapped accessible since you have to go down a few steps to get to lower level which is where the spa is actually located.
The micro dermabrasion felt a little too rough in comparison to other places.
My facial was good except the extractions were not as thorough as I would have preferred this is the main reason as to why I’m giving it a 3 star.
So in conclusion I had a pleasant experience here. I left feeling like a million bucks (the massage was the best here) I had no problem scheduling my visits and their phone and personal manner were superb.
I recommend you come here and experience yourself the all the treatments they’ve got but specially the Massage! I will definitely be back for a full body massage soon!

Nice introduction to this spa, thanks to Groupon. Relaxing 2 hour experience with a sweet massage therapist. Very small but inviting, clean and quiet facility with good «spa ambiance.»
The spa offers specials, so be sure to ask for a flyer.

I had an excellent deep tissue massage using a Groupon deal I purchased a few weeks back. The place is cute and clean and the staff were very friendly. If you’re looking for a good massage without all the bells and whistles then this is a good place to get one. Will definitely return.
