I go to iDigitize for tranfering my old VHS on to files and disc. The service is always done on time and on cost. I needed a video done on a tape I shot in Atlantic City, in a rush. Without leaving my hotel room, wado was able to do it all by emailing. When I got back to the city, it was done, as promise.

It’s so tough to find a good service in this town. I finally found it with these guys. I used them once before so I was worried that in my 2nd visit they might not live up to the expectations, but boy they certainly exceeded it. They even gave us some chocolate and wonderful thank you card for returning to them again. I did 26 DVD’s before this time it was just 4 more, but they did it within a couple of days and delivered it professionally. If you want top notch service for any video transfer related activities, iDigitize it is!

This is literally, hands down, the most efficient transferring company in the nation. I’ve been touring all over the country, looking for the best transferring company to work with my precious media and home footage from the 1950’s and iDigitize handled it perfect. Worth the price. Worth the wait. And the contact was absolutely amazing. Referred a few friends to this company and they all got the same, perfect result as I did. Currently gathering more tapes and media to have sent to iDigitize just because i love their service so much. Thank you Waldo and the iDigitize Team for making my memories digital!

Giving them 2 stars because i did get the tapes on DVD. With that being said it took a long time to get my tapes (2+ weeks) but what really annoyed me was customer service never answered my emails. $ 25 a tape is an absolute ripoff as well. They are not really located in the UPS store either your just dropping it off with the store. You may as well mail it somewhere else and save yourself the time of going to these locations.
