I was very impressed with the iCracked service. I got a text message less than an hour after I submitted my request from Jamie Propp. He was very professional and accommodating. He completely worked around my schedule and made the process nice and easy. He ended up coming to me and met me at my apartment, where he fixed my phone right in front of me. Not only that, but he explained to me exactly what each part was, and what the function was. He gave me the step by step and told me why he was doing what he was doing to ensure me that my phone was in good hands. It was obvious he had amazing training and was proficient in the iPhone. I highly recommend Jamie Propp if you need a phone fix, or any device for that matter. You will definitely be satisfied with the high quality service and expertise he has to offer.

Jaimie Props was very quick to reply to my friends need in a cracked iPhone 5 screen. He was very courteous and professional. He even worked around our schedule so the repair was done sooner. He also agreed to a request of a time lapse of the repair he made on my friends phone.
