Hugo Boss

I was going to find a gift to my boyfriend when me and my sis where in town. I didn’t know his shirt size or what he liked. But inside the store we met Joffrey (I think his name is Joffrey, I hope it is because he is the best!). Joffrey helped me with everything. He didn’t know how my boyfriend look like or anything. But he guessed his size and if it didn’t fit my boyfriend he could come back to the store and change it. I’m from Sweden and my boyfriend as well. But he was going to NYC a week after me. Joffrey gave me his number and told me that I just could give him a call if there where any trouble with the shirt. And of course it was the wrong size haha. (Joffrey and I thought he had a little bit more muscles ;) and that he was a little bit taller. Well well.) I sended Joffrey a text message and he answered! So my boyfriend went to the store and everything was all set for him. He didn’t met Joffrey but he got the best service any way! I have never received this kind of service in a store before. This is high graded service! Thank you Joffrey and Hugo Boss for everything! I’ll see you next time in NYC ;)

Always been a fan of the clothing at Hugo Boss. David (the stylist) helped us out, he was very patient, friendly and forthright with expressing his opinion on how things looked. Once we decided to go ahead with the purchase, the tailor came up to take measurements etc. It was a bit difficult to understand him but the guy really knows his stuff.
Only thing that was disappointing was that they charge $ 50 for certain alterations despite buying such high ticketed items. It would also be great if they had a loyalty program of some sort!
Overall, a great experience!

The service here is good & the selection are great! The store is very neat & spacious. If you love Hugo Boss products just like one of us, this place is definitely worth stopping by.

I cannot comment on the rest of the staff but David is an absolute gem! He has been outstanding at picking out my entire wardrobe last 2 years!
Because of him I no longer shop at Nordstrom or Bloomingdales when it comes to suits.

I have mixed feelings about this place after our recent visit. Went looking for shirts for hubby, and the guy who helped us was nice, attentive and efficient with the services provided. However, as we were at the register, three of the female employees were in a sewing circle at the next register talking smack about a coworker who was not there. Lots of snide remarks and laughing at this coworker’s expense. They did this for the entire 2 –3 minutes while both my hubby and I stood there paying for our purchase. I actually had to walk away because I just did not want to hear it any more. It was extremely unprofessional and I expected more from a high end boutique like Hugo Boss. Their employees acted like they belong in a Forever 21!!! This left a bad taste in my mouth.

Super nice & helpful employees here! This is our go-​to store every time we need to update my fiancé’s wardrobe or grab something for a more formal event.
The staff is just awesome, I’m so sick of walking into a store where employees don’t give a shit and their best attempt is to motion you in the direction of something. T
The staff here seems to thoroughly enjoy their jobs and they really got the extra mile to provide you with options and style suggestions (and I trust them because they are all pretty stylish there). I’d also like to mention they aren’t pushy, just helpful:)
Also, of course the clothing is great! I do prefer their men’s offerings over the selection they have for women.

Poor costumer service and completely unreliable!
They did not respect shipping delivery time, and I have always to call to be updated about my purchase that was suppose to come from a different store (already paid in total at the store before the delivery). Informations were confused and not precise, so I made 4 trips to the shop before I got it.

great suit buying experience!
great set up inside. very easy to find a size. very neat. spacious. very consumer friendly environment.
first impression — walked in and out a few times this week and each time the door man smiled and greeted me authentically. Them being polite did not seem fabricated.
im 6’3 185 pounds with a 15.5 neck and a ³⁶⁄₃₇ sleeves and off the rack their 40L suits fit me very nicely. they do not carry a dress shirt that fits my arm length almost no where does.
salesperson — Mr. David Dobbins was right on point. From the moment i walked in he was extremely helpful. mind you i was dressed very casual with sneakers t shirt shorts and backwards baseball cap. He seemed to be willing to help whether or not i was going to make a purchase. I tried on the same exact suit at bloomingdales but the saleman didnt sell it to me. David was on point and was a big reason i purchased the suit. (of course it did look awesome on me anyway :)
tailor — nice guy. didnt seem to get frustrated with all my nitpicking. i like a otr suit to look as if it were tailored for my body, who doesnt. came back a few a few days later (they are able to get the suit tailored same day i just didnt need it) and fit like a glove. of course i wanted some minor adjusting and it was not a problem. all smiles and courtesy from the staff.
