Hotwire Customers care sucks! I booked a package on Friday. Then my money soon went away from my card. But today I still haven’t received all my package confirmation emails, which should be including the flights, hotels, car rentals, travel insurances, etc. I called them again and again, and I got transferred to tons of department. Then when finally someone could say «we will send you the emails» after I repeated my email hundred of times, I thought I got relieved. I said «can we wait until I can receive them?». (Because you know how long we can just receive an email if you send them right away.) That someone then just hung up my phone. That has been over two hours since I started calling them. Isn’t it ridiculous? Poor company it is! With so much poor team!
